This place is terrible. Promote items as in stock. But they’re not. Fyi they bought action village on ebay. You will run into same issue with them on there. 4 orders. 4 incorrect orders or refunds for items listed and not in stock.

I wasn't given the option to repurchase or have the airsoft replica reshipped when it arrived in Spain; it was held up by customs, and returned to the sender. I find it very inconsiderate of them not to have notified me. Luckily, I found and bought the same airsoft replica within the European Union, even though the price was a bit higher. As I said, even if an airsoft replica is cheaper on ANSgear, I prefer paying more to buy it within the EU, where I know for sure it will arrive. Not recommended.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I ordered from ANSGear in good faith after entering my UK address, postcode and county into the checkout. The website offered me several shipping options, including FedEx International Economy, which I selected because it was much cheaper than the alternatives. ANSGear accepted my order, took payment, prepared the shipment and provided FedEx with a commercial invoice clearly describing the paintball items. FedEx accepted the parcel, transported it from California to the UK, and only then informed me that the shipment fell under FedEx's prohibited/restricted items policy and may be abandoned or destroyed. This is not a UK customs issue, as I hold a valid UKARA membership and the items are legal for me to import. My disappointment is that ANSGear offered a shipping method that ultimately could not complete delivery for my order. I have not received the goods I paid for, and I am now having to pursue the matter through my credit card provider. I hope ANSGear reviews the international shipping options it offers so other customers do not experience the same situation.

2 out of 3 deliveries went sour, 1.st they forgot to pack a barrel back and when contacted totaly denied it and made referense to that the weight of the package alone was prof that they did not forget it... its just that the weight actually proved that there was an item missing.. 2'nd order was of a new barrelback to replace the missing one from order 1 .. that one was actually delivered. 2'nd mishap was that they shipped a tipx flared magwell instead of a emf100 flared magwell and this time they demanded that we should take a photo of the order slip in the package ? really ? just have a friggin look at the packing slip from the order in your system. done with them now

They are the most unprofessional company I’ve ever delt with. They either don’t respond to messages and take days to respond. Giving the run around with hidden fees. Zero customer service and they do not go above and beyond. Sounds like they are run by teenagers with zero experience. Do not buy from them.

Worst possible customer service I’ve ever had to deal with, they are lazy and unprofessional whilst slapping on hidden fees and surcharges without you knowing until afterwards. They do was suits them while screwing the customer over ensuring it protects their reputation. Never again would I deal with this company and I highly recommend everyone stays away from them as well.

I will never order from these people again. I ordered my paintball gun. For a certain price and by the time, ADDED all of the extra charges and taxes it was about 25 dollars more. Then it took so long to get it. I thought I was getting scammed. However, I did get free shipping. Thank god for that. It probably would have been a 100 more. But, that's why I gave them one star. To bad they don't have minus stars.

Unfortunately, my experience with ANSGEAR left much to be desired. Despite charging for new products, the items I received were in opened packaging, significantly diminishing their value. This lack of attention to detail and quality control is concerning, and I cannot recommend their services based on my experience. I also received items that were not as described, and some were even falling apart. I was told that this is how the items come as they are older and there isn't anything they can do about it. They also offered for me to pay return shipping and additional shipping for a replacement product, and assured me that they would send me a item in the same condition! Very professional!! Stay far away and spend your money at better companies such as Lonewolfpaintball.com

Hello William, About your order, we talked about a few things. One concern was the Hydro Test date on a Grab Bag 48/3000 Compressed Air Tank—Assorted Brands—Black, for which we have discounted 50%. These are supposed to have about half of the certified time left for use. We provided a 40% refund of what was paid for that bottle since it was more than 2.5 Years old. The original cost was $25, and we refunded $10. The second concern was with the HK Army HSTL Thermal Paintball Mask - Realtree w/ Clear Lens received. You initially believed the lens was defective since you could not see through it. After letting you know that you needed to remove the protective film for use, you mentioned a concern about the mask being shipped in an unsealed bag. These goggles are shipped to us in bags and have a stapled cardboard sleeve at the top. We received an image of that sleeve missing and the bag open. You became upset once we clarified that they ordered the Goggle with a configuration that was not stock, and we did a lens swap to accommodate your requested mask/lens combination. No physical damage or color issue was reported. You then asked for the goggle to be exchanged, but this would yield a similar result to what you already have except for the cardboard sleeve. So, a refund of $5 was processed for appeasement. The Overall goggle cost was $65. We are happy to be a resource for the paintball community and for any questions or concerns please call our customer service team. https://ansgear.com/about-us/
