When I called to schedule an appointment I picked the scheduling option. The person who answered was clueless concerning my reason for calling. I scheduled an appointment and a few days later someone called to ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment. The day before they called to confirm but no one showed up. I rescheduled and again no one showed up.

I wanted to do a bit of research before calling this company. Glad I did. It had good reviews back in 2020. Not so in 2024. Apparently their business practices changed drastically causing horrible interactions with potential customers. Harassment in the extreme. My guess: the original employees made a lot of money and moved on. Their replacements wanted to do the same, but were too aggressive, money-hungry, and impatient. Thus failure. For all.

These scammers called me and I answered. I asked to be removed from their calling list. The idiot immediately hung up on me. So I called back. The same guy answered. I told him I thought he was rude and that all I wanted was to be removed from the calling list. He hung up again. Then he called me back on another line. I answered, but the pansy ass little coward didn't say anything. I wasn't sure it was the same idiot, but I called back and yes, it was Annuity General. They are trash. The company is trash. The people who work there are trash. Every one of them should be in front of a firing squad.

They can talk a good talk, but fail to deliver! The market themselves on TV, but it's just talk. They have numerous lawsuits and complaints against them. Do not walk, RUN away from them. Contact your state attorney general, and request to have banned from marketing in your state.

I saw an ad on tv for the free booklet to assist with retirement and almost before I hit submit I got a call. Set up a time to talk to someone and instead of a call they showed up at my door. This was about 6 months ago. Oh and she told me “they ran out of the booklets” but she’ll bring it next time we meet 🙄 I asked her not to contact me after I found another advisor. I get a call every single week sometimes two. Every time I’ve asked to be taken off the call list. I finally lost my cool and cursed. They said “they would appreciate me not using fowl language” and I came back with “then stop calling me!” Don’t get stuck in that trap. The ad is on tv … don’t fall for it

Alex just called me again from Annuity General after I've repeatedly said that I wasn't interested. If I could change my number I would just to get rid of them calling me. This company is too desperate for customers to be any good. I only looked them up online and now they call for life! This is harassment.

This company tells you you can ask for their free booklet and you are not required to purchase anything but once you request info they do not take you off their call list. I get calls 7 days a week. It doesn't stop at one call a day they call multiple times per day, early mornings and late evenings. I think this falls under harrassment since they don't understand the words "do not call me anymore" and "remove me from your call list" I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
