If I could rate this a 0 , I would. No contact, no product after almost a month. SCAM!

I have placed an order for 3 of the same thing beginning of Dec., hoping to give for Xmas gifts. Nothing to date has arrived regardless of my continual emails to the support group. All they keep telling me is when i receive the goods to return for refund. How can i do that when no goods arrive. They are breaking the law here in Aust., as if they can not supply then they have to give refund. Never will I order from them again.

the crafting tool DOES NOT CUT paper or fabric. while the head does swivel freely the cutting tool is inferior! There are even burrs on the cutting edge. Don't bother buying!

Horrible customer service and return/exchange policy is not honored per their website. I ordered 2 pair of jeans and spent $73 on them. It took several weeks to receive them (no big deal); however, the jeans did not look like the ones from the site and they were about 3 sizes too big- I ordered the size I wear in everything. I contacted the company requesting the return info and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it because they sent me what I ordered and gave me 2 options: keep them or give them to someone else. They said they would not refund/exchange and quoted some BS that did not reflect the policy on their site. They eventually agreed to refund me $7.00. How generous! I cut and pasted the policy info from their site and emailed as part of my response. We will see what they say… if I could give them 0 stars I would.

THEY WILL NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES!!!! GOD FORBID YOUR ORDER DOES NOT FIT - YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT!!!!!!! If I could RATE LESS THAN ZERO - I would. I ordered 61.00 worth of product - several tank tops. I ordered 2XL knowing that imported items run small. I normally wear XL or 1XL. These items fit like a LARGE. I cannot wear or use them. The molded breast cups are in the middle of my chest. A 4XL may have fit right.

I wish I could give a below zero rating on this company. Every negative thing on these reviews are TRUE.. I wish I had read the reviews first as I usually do but I forgot. Lesson learned. They are CROOKS AND SCAM ARTISTS.

Do not buy from thus company. I purchased a Stitchy machine and it in no way performs the way its presented on the website. I contacted them the same day I received and requested to return it and receive a refund. First they said they would only refund me $3, I complained so they offered $7 I complained again and they offered $9. They refuse to address my complaints. It is a throwaway product being used to scam, beware!!

Don't order from this company, they send you items which do not fit and do not allow a return. No refunds or credits. Offered me $1.00 refund! SCAM COMPANY
