Good product & good service too

Really love my topper 😍 as it is the only place I can get a great quality topper.

very unhappy with the product and customer service. Cannot even return since I could not reach them.

The hair is so nice and it looks real!

I ordered a hair topper on 7/14 and paid extra for faster shipping(5-7 business days). Waited until 7/25 but it never came. Tried emailing them 3 times-no response. Their live chat assistant is not responding either. I even tried their facebook page still nothing. AND on my order receipt page it says that i ordered it and paid but the order status is still "Unfulfilled". So the whole thing seems to be a scam. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank and purchasing another topper elsewhere. Very disappointing!

I'm stunned by how beautiful the hair is. It fits perfectly and so flat absolutely love it. Definitely a great buy.

Dear Anna, I want to thank you for your beautiful quality off my black hair topper. I like the service very much. The fact that you can have contact on whatsapp is a real nice addition. I could explain well what I liked to have to show with photos. It is my third purchase and every time I am very happy to review my new hair topper the way I want it. The colors are so natural and the quality of the hair is very soft. Thank you so much! you make my life beautiful because the hair topper looks like a natural beauty. It take some time to receive but it is not a problem when you know it is custom made for you. I will order every time at anna because they keep your records of the models and color you order. Thank you Anna
