Put my 12x18 American Flag up on the bow of my boat. 1 day, in a marina ONLY, and the eyelets have already ripped loose! Flag looks great, but this is a total failure! If I knew how to post a pic, I would.

Purchased via Amazon about 5,6 months ago. Flag is faded and torn. Well, and, made in China. Learned my lesson. Too bad I bought two and too late for a return.

I approached this company with high hopes. We lost our dog, and we were going to have a pirate flag done, with his paw print, and the crossbones were to be replaced with white, milkbone shaped halves. I gave them the info, they sent a proof... I corrected it... I even sent them a better representation of what I was wanting using a program I was unfamiliar with, but conveyed what I was looking for. Because this was important to me. I lost my graphics programs when I replaced my computer, so I was relying on their "graphic designers" to bring my vision to reality. I told them exactly what I was wanting. They sent me another proof, to which I responded within about 5 hours, saying that the milkbones needed to be white, and smaller and the paw bigger and that will most likely be it. I heard nothing after that. Two weeks later I got a package, with the flag that I never approved the graphic on. So communication was okay, until they just seemed to get tired of me telling them that what they were sending me was not what I asked for. And literally, the first proof they sent me, was a regular pirate flag, with his paw put in the image, with what looked like MS paint. In the end, I got subpar, unapproved design. The milkbone shapes, are just milkbones that had the saturation pulled out so they are whiteish, and I can still see the background from the image they used. The paw is smaller than the milkbones, and was supposed to be a focus point for the whole thing. I don't know how they had such good reviews, but I recieved a image that I DID NOT approve, and still was charged. I will not use this company again most likely, and I can not in good mind recommend them. Only reason they are getting two stars, is because the quality is.... okay. It isn't great, but it is okay. They printed two flags, and sewed them together... and that's all well and good, but they didn't sew in the center, and when I tested it in the wind.... It flies strangely. Like.... I don't fully trust it to not rip. Submit your own design, because they will not get your vision correct, at all. And if you keep telling them it is wrong, they will eventually just send you the last design that they sent you.

I ordered two Breeze flags, but for some reason one didn't have the canvas header where as the other received did. Upon requesting an explanation the response was "only some are sent with canvas headers, for testing purposes". Unfortunately this means the flag is not as clearly described, and is likely to have a reduced life. They offered a refund, but I'm not happy with being fobbed off. These are cheap for a reason.

I would suggest that you purchase their flags from Amazon. You’ll get a great product super quick. I will never order from Anley directly again. Like others, you’ll get pre shipping info send tracking, but never anything else after that. Tried to contact via their instant message system and received no response. Sent email and waiting for response.

I paid extra money for quick delivery and production and still Haven’t received product.

Still have yet to receive my order. I have asked many times for help and nothing.

The quality is good. "Mirror image" must have gotten lost in translation though. I made sure to ask for a mirror image flag, and I got a flipped true image flag. One side is great, the other is backwards.
