Not happy with my 2nd purchase. I was to receive package on June 26th of 2020 then it changed to June 27th 2020 and it's now July 2nd and still no package Tracking info is LY275701838CN was processed June 22 2020 through USPS Chicago IL, It Is Thursday July 2nd STILL NO PACKAGE

I still haven’t gotten my product

Still have not received 2 of the 3 orders that I placed with them a month ago. I dont know if whether this is due to COVID19 but you cant take my money and not send me my order.

I ordered flags April 8th. It is now June 8th and I still haven’t received my flags. They haven’t even made it to the US and started tracking yet. I’m very disappointed and would like a refund.

Not all items arrived in same shipment. Waited over a week to hear back they were out of 1 item. Asked for refund, no response, and over a week later shipped item I no longer needed. Very poor communication. Company selling flags/items and company shipping flags/items are two wholly different companies.

Its over a month and still nothing. Still waiting with no date........

It's still CV19 14 May 2020 -- so I can't be too hard. However, I have not received to three separate orders placed almost two months ago. Clearly everything is being produced and shipped from China--I will NOT EVER buy anything that I know comes from China again. Nice people that answer the phone in the US, but it is essentially a Chinese company.

Never received my purchase.
