Long story short: Sent me a broken robot Contacted support Waited 5 days for them to answer Didn't care and really unprofessional, replied with less than 10 words Now ignoring me Still dont have my money back after almost a month

I got two Vector robots and one Cozmo robot a few years ago from Anki. They got battery issues within the warranty period and didn't want to help. The Cozmo and Vector robots' batteries are stupid because they just break.

The principle is quite sound if pedagogically slightly outmoded. My chief problem is its user hostility. I was presented with one deck to fill up with learning cards. Well and good. When I attempted to search for additional decks, I spent ages trying to find them on the app. When, eventually, I found them, I duly spent hours filling in the decks with cards, saving them, only to find the additional ‘saved’ decks had all disappeared. Anki spends too much time with arcane add-ons at the expense of required basic functions.
