I bought eufy s340 combo thats supposed to arrive with a homebase. But i only received a camera. The fact that they may have sent two packages differently its not ok to advertise it as a combo. Delivery time takes forever. And i still dont know if they have sent the home base or not. I received another email in dutch language which states that there is another package wich will afrive after one more week. So if you are in a rush font buy from them . I still dont know what to do with this camera. Because all i really need was the home base. And it might arrive after i travel. When i placed an order two weeks before . Its irritating tbh

Att skicka litiumbatterier eller andra farliga batterier via vanliga postombud utan särskild hantering och märkning upplevde jag som oansvarigt och riskfyllt; enligt min bedömning kan det även strida mot regler för farligt gods. Företaget gav inga tydliga eller säkra instruktioner för hur batteriet skulle förpackas eller skickas, och erbjöd ingen säker returmetod. Jag har jämfört priser med motsvarande produkter på andra Amazon‑sidor inom EU och gjort en uppskattning av tillverkningspris. Min kalkyl visar att påslaget kan vara mycket högt — i mitt exempel uppskattade jag ett påslag på cirka 49–75 procent jämfört med tillverkningspris eller motsvarande marknadspriser. Produkterna känns inte värda den höga prislappen och jag upplever att prissättningen är orimlig i förhållande till kvaliteten. Efter att garantin löpt ut fick jag ingen tydlig information om reklamationsmöjligheter eller hur jag skulle gå vidare, vilket jag uppfattar som vilseledande information. Sammantaget upplevde jag kundservicen som bristfällig och otydlig i en situation som rör både säkerhet och konsumenträtt. Jag har dokumenterat allt: kvitton, orderbekräftelse, bilder på felet och skärmdumpar av kundtjänstkonversationer samt prisjämförelser. Jag har anmält ärendet till Konsumentverket och Elsäkerhetsverket och kommer att lämna in anmälningar till fler relevanta myndigheter om det behövs. Råd till andra konsumenter Spara all dokumentation: kvitto, ordernummer, bilder och all korrespondens med företaget. Skicka aldrig farliga batterier via vanliga postombud utan skriftliga, godkända instruktioner från transportören eller säljaren. Begär skriftliga instruktioner om företaget ber dig returnera farligt gods; be om en säker transportlösning. Jämför priser mellan olika EU‑återförsäljare innan köp. Anmäl allvarliga brister: vid säkerhetsproblem eller vilseledande information, anmäl till Konsumentverket, Elsäkerhetsverket eller din kommunala konsumentvägledare. Avslutande uppmaning Om du upplever liknande problem: dokumentera allt och anmäl till berörda myndigheter. Det skyddar både din egen rättssäkerhet och andra konsumenter.

I honestly don't think their support has any control at all. Ordered my robot vacuum from their site. No update for 1 week. Contact them, they say it's out of stock and will never return. It's a new item that since has been depleted and restocked twice since. First they wanted to only refund the vacuum, and not the accessories for the vacuum. What am I going to so with the accessories to a vacuum you don't wanna sell? Now they say I'm going to get a full refund, but from their contact and other reviews I don't have high hopes

Still waiting for my order I ordered from Anker weeks ago and still haven’t received my package. Support promised a replacement, but nothing has arrived and they stopped replying to my emails. Very disappointing experience.

I have now sent them two emails two weeks apart without hearing anything from them. I ended up ordering the wrong item and am trying to return it.

I tried to order "Anker MagGo Wireless Charger (Pad)", but i didn't get any update on the shipping. So I contacted Anker support and they said it was a shipping address issue. I provided my adress to them again and they still could not get it to work. So they did not ship the product at all. Instead they provided a full refund to me👍. And they recommend me to buy from another seller instead, like Amazon for example. I hope the shipping address issue gets fixed soon.
