Beautiful Bridal Set, but the Larger Center Diamond Changed the Overall Appearance We purchased Anjolee's MS305 Exquisite Three Stone Diamond Halo Bridal Set for me with a 1.50-carat natural diamond center stone. We absolutely loved the design shown on Anjolee's website. Unfortunately, when we received the ring, the proportions were disappointing. The surrounding diamonds, halo, and matching contoured wedding band did not appear as balanced with the larger center diamond as they did in the website presentation. After comparing Anjolee's own specifications for the 1.01-carat and 1.50-carat configurations, we found something important. The two larger side diamonds increased from 3.5 mm to 4.0 mm, and four additional 1.2 mm accent diamonds were included. However, the smaller accent diamonds remained the same sizes: 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.4 mm. Although the total carat weight increased from 2.21 to 2.92 carats, the specifications showed that the surrounding design was not simply enlarged proportionally throughout. This helped explain our concerns about the ring's appearance. We believe customers considering larger center diamonds should be informed that the overall proportions may look different from the standard website images and videos. When we contacted Anjolee, we were told the design could not be altered. To Anjolee's credit, they handled the return professionally, provided prepaid return shipping, and issued a full refund without any deductions. We appreciate the full refund and the way the return was resolved. However, we remain disappointed that the finished ring did not have the balanced appearance we expected. Our advice to future buyers: Before purchasing this bridal set with a larger center diamond, request actual photographs or videos of the complete ring in the exact configuration you intend to order. Pay particular attention to the halo, surrounding diamonds, and matching wedding band.

The main thing I didn't like about my experience was what I consider deceptive details. They specifically say "metal weight" for each item. And they have a separate carat weight for diamonds right underneath. So it seemed simple to understand. The metal means actual metal, and in this case it was 14K Gold. And the carats was for the diamond weight. Well, I ordered an expensive Tennis Bracelet which was said to be 6.3 grams of 14K Gold. The problem is, the entire bracelet weighs less than this! So including the diamonds too. They shouldn't say metal if that's not what it means. The bulk of the cost of jewelry is the metal content. It would be more honest to just say "item weight" or "total weight" instead. So when you order, expect to receive something smaller than what is pictured. And if you are like me, don't even bother trying to calculate the value of the Gold content when making a decision, because you will not receive this.

Great price compared to other vendors but the picture in the online store did not match what I received. The ring was much smaller than advertised. But my wife loved it.

I would have given 5 stars because the quality of the jewelry is excellent, but the customer service isn't. They offer a service now that wasn't available when I purchased my wedding band to order a silver cz dummy ring to wear instead, in places you may not want to wear your treasured ring. I reached out to them Oct 8th, 2021 on Facebook about being able to order a dummy ring and they never responded. I guess the only way they respond is if you are willing to spend 1000s of dollars. Again the jewelry is beautiful and I use to recommend them all the time, but not now because they don't respond, so I can't trust they would if you actually have a concern about any item ordered.

Delivery much later than promised. Electronic updates were frequent, but always indicating a later delivery date. I was assured at order placement it would make by Dec 24th and it did not arrive anywhere close to that. No verbal updates from Anjolee.

That a lot of pieces that were offered in rose gold you are not able to view them in rose gold only white gold or gold. So that was the only reason that I gave you guys at three site is beautiful put together but given the option to see all pieces and all metals that are available in 3d would make this a five-star experience.

I assumed diamonds would be a little larger.
