AnimemirageReviews of animemirage.com

I ordered 3 items give or take about a month now $150+ and never received a tracking, I went on the website and for weeks its been saying the same thing to contact their customer service team, which I did multiple of times and still haven’t receive any response. It’s sad because those were my son Xmas gifts. Ill have to report them to my bank

I can’t write a good review as I never received my goods trainers and a shirt that I ordered for my son for Christmas I now have to find something else and am £120 out of pocket which I can’t afford

Terrible was missing the shoes ordered a month before my boyfriends birthday international shipping for told it was coming separately and just to wait anyways it’s 3 months later and they have stopped communicating with me so that £80 I’m not getting back! Scammers! Even more confusingly the tracking info said the package hadn’t been released by the sender as they had recalled it before it was delivered?!!!!!

Do NOT order from Animemirage! I ordered a shirt, and it took forever to arrive but when it did, I noticed some things about the shirt that wasn't mentioned on the website (the print was on both sides, quality was on the cheaper side, it was super long, etc). I emailed the company several times asking to return it but no reply. Called the number on the website but it's non-working/out of service. Decided to return the item to the address on the website, with a printed copy of my email correspondence in the package, and it's being returned due to an insufficient address? This company is probably ran by some 45 yr old guy living in his mom's basement, and makes clothing items out of 50 cent shirts and shorts from ebay or something. Do NOT order from Anime mirage!!

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a pair of anime shoes for my son’s birthday and then when they were out for delivery, the delivery company lost them (yodel). Obviously that’s annoying but these things happen and I was advised by yodel to contact the seller. Tried emailing anime mirage and got no response so messaged their Facebook page. Eventually got a response saying they would look into it. When I didn’t hear back I messaged them again and they said they were asking yodel to refund my money and if not they would provide me a replacement or a 50%off voucher. I said I was not happy with that and obviously wanted either a replacement or a full refund to which I was told they would not do that. At this point I reported the company to PayPal as it was taking a long time to get a response from them and what they were offering was ridiculous. PayPal gave them time to respond and they didn’t so I escalated the case and luckily I am getting a full refund through PayPal. I urge everyone never to use this company, unless you want to be out of pocket and not actually be able to contact customer services. The customer services when you do get a reply also say stuff like “We are not scammers” when you haven’t accused them of being scammers which to me is a big red flag 🚩.

So i ordered a 40oz tumbler from them and while the ordering process was fast and the item arrived fast. the lid was faulty and never screw on correctly as the lid was ever so slightly too small. now it has been little over a week with absolutely no contact for my emails apart from "let me check it" reply about a week ago. other than that, they only send me the email begging me to write this review so... i can update this if they contact me and send me the correct lid for the cup for free.

OMG MY SON REALLY LOVED THEM GREAT MATERIAL...

Item never arrived and they just ignore your emails to try to resolve the issue. Feels like a scam.
