Worst company to fly with for me, so far! Returning from Heraklion was a nightmare. They had us waiting in the plane for about 20 minutes, then they only got us 1 staircase, humiliating us, as usual in Romania. Then, of course, the cherry on top: 1h for our luggage. Sh*t company, poor employees 🤦♂️

We were suppose to fly from Bukarest to Stockholm at 10.50 26 th of August. When we arrived to the airport we saw that our flight was delayed 4 hours. We had not received any information what so ever. The staff member said that they had sent out an e-mail which they had not. If we would have known we could just have stayed longer at our hotel. We got no explanation what so ever to the delay. We got a voucher for 10 euros each for food. The airport is extremly expensive in Bucharest and you cant even buy a sandwich with that. I do not recommend this company!

Bucharest - AnimaWings - Christian tour The flight was delayed for more than 7hours, nobody informed us why nor gave a valid reason for the delayed flight, kept the passangers in the dark without any information. Avoid at all costs. AirHelp is not helping regarding this case so you are on your own. If the flight is Canceled or Delayed you are not getting compensation or anything.Legal representative? Forget about it. Because nobody wants to take the case. AnimaWings avoid them at all costs.

I had a good enough experience with this airline. The prices were fair but a little high for some people. The plane was pretty good but I flew on better ones. The staff was friendly. We had a small delay that didn't had anything to do with the company but some people were mad for some reason. 8/10 would fly again if I had the opportunity.

Am avut o experienta total neplăcută cu această companie La plecarea in vacanța zborul a fost anulat la de ora 16 la ora 22 ,si anuntat cu o zi innainte,asta înseamnă ca am pierdut o zi din concediu, iar la întoarcere plecarea care trebuia sa fie seara la ora 18,ne a fost transmisa cu seara innainte ca va fi la ora 16,cand am ajuns in aeroport zborul a fost amânat pt ora 17 30 Multumim pt zilele de concediu pierdute datorita acestei companii!
