Route: Bucharest – Cluj-Napoca This was the most comfortable plane I’ve ever flown on. The 3–2 seat configuration provided noticeably more space, making the cabin feel open and uncrowded. During boarding and while waiting for takeoff, the ambient music created a relaxing atmosphere. The aircraft appeared new, was impeccably clean, and the crew was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable flight experience.

Terrible experience — avoid this airline at all costs! We booked a flight from Sofia to Bucharest about a month and a half ago, and the airline canceled it without any prior notice — no email, no message, nothing. We only discovered the cancellation when we arrived at the airport. Because of this, we’re now stuck in Sofia, forced to find alternative transportation at the last minute. We had already booked a tour in Bucharest for the following day, which we’ll now miss — losing both time and money due to the airline’s complete lack of responsibility. We tried contacting customer service multiple times, but the experience was just as bad. One representative hung up on us, and others were extremely rude and unhelpful. This has been one of the worst airline experiences we’ve ever had. Do not trust or book with this airline — they are completely unreliable. They even told us lie that the money has refunded already, such a high robbery.

There should be an option for 0 stars. Flight delayed for 5 hours from Iasi to Bucharest. This happens with every flight for this route. It is much faster by train

Flight got delayed from Bucharest, no communication from the onground staff. When asked they said that they don't know. Travel from gate to aircraft operated with one bus and priority is for crew, so everyone waits for 20+ mins. Ground staff is absolutely rude and incompetent!

today 27 October 2025 the Bucharest - Iasi flight was delayed by 3 hours, at which point they already announced another 30 minutes. I hope they don't have any other similar announcements with delays. The check-in staff was very kind. I received a 10 euro voucher for the delay but it is at two fast food restaurants located in the area opposite the gate where I have access. This is the first and last time I use this company. I hope this review is seen by someone who can take action.

The company is atrocious, flight got delayed for more than 3 hours we waited in the airport too long the company is just shite, no refund given to us we were not told the reason for the delay we just had do sit there and wait. Staff is incredibly rude as well when we asked why we are being delayed. Overall bad experience this company shouldn’t even exist is so bad it shouldn’t be a thing my flight at 21:15 I didn’t fly out until 1am which is just a pisstake I’m tired I’ve got places to be the next day day it’s just a really bad company that shouldn’t even be allowed to operate looking at how many negative reviews it has.
