Incredibly unprofessional business. Do not give these people your money! I purchased a package at a discounted rate, which included "unlimited revisions". I was told after my first round of revisions that it would be a hassle to make further changes and that I had exceeded my revision rounds. After disputing this and waiting weeks to hear back, I received an updated animation that still had issues and glitches. After these glitches were fixed, I was sent the final files which had my logo animation on a white background. When I asked to receive a file with a transparent background, I was told that this is not included in my package and that I would need to pay an additional $50 for transparent files. Nowhere on their website or in my correspondence with them did they mention that I could not receive transparent files. What kind of logo animation service is not able to be delivered without background? If there are limitations on what can be received in a package, it should be stated on the website, before you prepay. Their customer service is non-existent. I tried to contact multiple avenues of support and received no response. Additionally, I took a closer look at their website and their "customer's feedback" section uses stock photos for the images. Would you trust a company that uses stock photos for reviews with your money? This is a warning to all.

Alex put together an amazing video for my song. He really honed in what I was looking for and did not give up until everything was perfect. Very personable, professional, creative and easy to work with! I’d go back to Alex at animation express again for sure!! -Sheila Vee

They took months to not deliver. The company offered me a refund if I would take down my review. Is that why there are not more negative reviews?

Alex made my experience very seamless. I wanted to animate some original poster art for our summer program and I told them my concept and they got it right away. They provided several intervals to provide input/feedback, but not much was needed. They used their expertise to create something adorable -without even needing to run the music choices by me first. They chose perfect music to match the themes of each piece of artwork. They animated the characters simply but effectively, which is what I requested. I was very skeptical, I have to admit, after reading some of the reviews, but it worked out great and was not super expensive. I thought I was going to be throwing my money into the great void and never hear from them again. Both social video snippets took less than 1 month to produce (though I was way ahead of my timeline and didn't ask them to turn the work around quickly). I'm sure they could do this when asked though. I will definitely use them again. Very intuitive and the end product was 110%! Thanks, Dawn

I wish I had known about them years ago, This fabulous team of graphic artists and writers are magnificent. They capture the entire purpose of your project and move things to a positive, productive and professional level.

Animation Express did a great job with 2D animation. Their team understood what we wanted and finished the animation on time. They were professional and paid attention to every detail, which made the process go smoothly.

They are a scam they stole 3200 dollars from me I never received what I payed for

We hired this team to create an immersive animation for our Christmas elevator this season, and we couldn't be happier with the result! Throughout the process, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive to our feedback, making revisions quickly whenever we had notes or tweaks. The final product looked perfect during our event, and the kids absolutely loved it. We'll definitely be reaching out again for any future animation needs!
