Filing a claim was quick and easy. I heard back from them within a few days. My claim information was provided via email and was easy to understand. My only complaint is that the person who called me after my claim was returned was more interested in getting my review than answering questions. I understand they were not an adjuster so I don't hold it against them, but it would have been nice to speak with someone who could have provided more thoughtful insight.

The sign up was easy and the policy terms are good. I haven’t filed a claim yet so I can’t speak on that part. I guess that’s the most important part really. I’d update my comments once I need to go thru a claim.

It's easy enough to use, and inexpensive compared to many other companies. I only wish it had a customer portal. I was informed that they're working on that very thing, so my rating might change later!
