The watch band is very comfortable and easy to get on and off. I thought I ordered a different color but their customer service double checked for me and sent me a kind note on how to do an exchange. Instead, I just ordered a second band! Good quality band!

I ordered these Apple watch case protector and they don’t even protect the glass of the watch. I ordered them from your company in the past and they had a shatterproof cover over the Watch lens and these ones that you ship me are very hard to get on not happy!!!

Hello! The cover you purchased is a flexible TPU sleeve which you stretch over your watch. It is meant to be a tight fit so the fitment will be nice and secure. We do have covers with a screen protector and we will email with a link to them so that you can check them out!

Complicated clasp

The band does require you to set up by sizing the band once. However, once it is sized to your wrist, it is very convenient to put on and take off the band! You can look at our owner's guide below on how to work our several bands: https://www.anhem.tech/pages/owners-guide

Though I love my band and it is my second one of the exact same type, they only last about 2 to 3 years and then the clasps fail. Anhem Changed the configuration of the clasp And mine fell apart while I was removing watch band links. It took me about two hours to replace a spring in the clasp that kept falling out. Seems functional now. It was a little frustrating, however. I will actually be surprised if the clasp lasts 12 months Which is the warranty. It will probably fail in 12.5 months.

We are sorry to hear about the spring rod. Keep in mind, you do have 12 month warranty for your purchase! If you have anymore issues in the future, be sure to reach out to us at [email protected] and we can help troubleshoot or submit a warranty claim for you.

Installation instructions were useless. I ended up buying a band at a shopping mall kiosk for $15.00 that the vendor installed for me. I did not like the band very much but it is installed and works properly.
