Hello! Because your band is a floral print on top of genuine leather, it is best to keep the band away from moisture or the band will prematurely crack. We have had the same feedback before and it is usually because they exercise with the band, or the band gets wet when they are washing their hands, etc. We actually recommend keeping all leather bands away from moisture or at the least, dry the band off as soon as possible. Hello Michael, all products do receive a 1 year warranty. Although we do a visual inspection for each product before shipment to ensure quality, we aren't able to catch all defects. Please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the damage of your band and we can file your warranty for a free replacement!
