WOW! Incredible communication and very efficient. I had a very difficult bariatric patient who needed to fly to another state for liver transplant evaluation. Process was easy for the patient, for case manager and for Hospital team. The service at Angel Medflight was expeditious, accurate and effective. I would highly recommend them for fixed wing transport.

Angel MedFlight took excellent care of our whole family, especially my mom, from the moment we contacted them to the moment we arrived, from Florida, to a Boston hospital. The customer service representatives, over the phone, are compassionate, knowledgeable and always available. They put together a phenomenal team of people, from the ambulance to the plane to the second ambulance - we felt so comforted by their care. I highly recommend Angel MedFlight - they took control of a very stressful and harrowing time in our lives and helped us to feel taken care of at every moment.

I can't thanks Chaleece and Andrew enough for their care and compassion as they helped me get my husband to a new facility. Andrew took care of all my luggage and also allowed my daughter to see her dad after more than a month in the hospital. It was sincerely appreciated. They were very professional and kind. I am so glad to have met them and they were my true Angels this day! The captain was also very kind and attentive. Great experience

Angel Medflight is in a business where you never hope to have to use their services, but definitely grateful to have them in your corner in the event you do. My recent Christmas holiday trip to Cabo San Lucas turned potentially deadly when my wife was diagnosed with COVID-19. A combination of the language barrier and less-than-stellar facilities made a dangerous situation gravely serious. She couldn't get the required treatment needed, yet the hospital refused to release her unless it was under the auspices of an air ambulance. A friend from California mentioned Angel MedFlight as a possibility, and with few viable options available, I decided to make the call. As it turns out, Angel Medflight's knowledge and professionalism combined with the hotel resort's wonderful service orientation eased my concern's and made a fretful situation thoroughly tolerable. During that stressful 36 hour period, I interacted with a number of different Angel MedFlight personnel and found them all to be courteous, profoundly professional and incredibly patient as they stepped me through the process. Reiterating my initial earlier comments, I wouldn't want to have to relive this past experience, however, if I did, knowing Angel Medflight's able partnership would be there would definitely lower the level of uncertainty in the outcome. Kudos and my sincere thanks go out to the entire Angel Medflight team for bringing my wife back home.

I have worked as a Case Manager in a hospital setting for MANY years and I will tell you that Jennifer and her crew were ON POINT in helping with the transition of our patient from Charlotte NC to Chicago, IL. The process was easy and went seamlessly. I appreciate your assistance with helping to make this transition a smooth one for not only him, but his family as well. My husband was in accident in Mexico and had to be airlifted back to the US. We stumbled upon Angel MedFlight based on reviews and feedbacks. I can not say enough how AMAZING this team is. They took care of everything - from A to Z. The amazing team started with Jennifer Peterson for the logistics, Linda/Kristy - the nurses who transported my husband from the Mexico hospital to the US hospital and the flight crew who made the transit smooth. All I needed to do was focus on the emotionally support for my husband.
