Product doesn’t work and customer service is terrible. After MANY emails re the return of the item (which I have proof they received), I finally had to call my credit card to simply dispute the transaction. Most important: the product did NOT work at all - despite carefully following the directions for over a month. Note - if you return it, they charge you $10 to dispose of it - give me a break. NOT RECOMMENDED

Terrible nonexistent customer service. It took two weeks to send return information. It has been almost 3 weeks since receipt of my return product per UPS tracking. I have emailed them several times requesting an update on return/refund status. No response at all. I diligently followed the return instructions paying nine dollars for return ship and supposedly another $10 to their recycle fee. Ok with that, now I just want my money back. This company has bad vibes.

I'd give AngelLift negative stars if I could. This is a scam. I paid for the pro option. Their most expensive item. I paid on 6/3. Today is 7/8, it still hasn't shipped and they still haven't contacted me back about a refund. DEFINITELY NOT a trustworthy company as of 2025. Maybe they changed hands or something. Amazon has plenty of dubs of the product for cheaper. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the money and the headache and get one of those.

I ordered this product over a month ago and still have not received it. When I contacted customer service via email several times, they repeatedly told me that it was on backorder and that it would be sent soon. They apologized profusely and offered me a $25 credit to my profile to use at my leisure. When I went on the website to check my profile and the product there was not a $25 credit and the product that I had ordered was not on backorder. What I find interesting is that most companies don’t charge you until the product is shipped that should’ve been my first red flag. I have asked for a refund and I’m waiting to hear their reply. I’m really wondering if this is a scam. Update: I received a refund and apology saying that this my order was not their normal experience.

I ordered the product and tried it. It caused irritation in my mouth so I contacted the company for a return. They were very helpful and very responsive, until they actually got the product back. I followed every requirement in their return policy, and though they've received the product they have yet refund my money. And now they don't respond. TWO DAYS after I wrote this review my refund was in my bank account. Coincidence? :'|

Product does not work! Save your money! These strips are expensive, and they do nothing.

You pay $80 for two little strips of plastic that do absolutely nothing. (You could make 30 of them with one sheet of 8.5" x 11" plastic.) You're supposed to wear them for 15 minutes each day. I wore mine for a lot more than that and they didn't work. Of course, they tell you that it will take 90 days to see results, but the money-back guarantee is only for 30 days, which is a complete scam. When you contact them, they ask for before and after photos. You send them...and never hear from them again. Notice that they mention that they were on Shark Tank, as if this were an endorsement. Watch the video. The guy is eviscerated by the Sharks because they can see that he's only on the show to get publicity. They didn't like his product, they didn't want it, and they didn't invest in it. They saw the "inventor" for the scam artist that he is.
