Overall ok, would deal with them again
I had a bad start when the item was out of stock also the availability was promised via forum before. Support (Bonny) was quit helpful. Fast answers and no false excuses. Shipping was ok and the item actually arrived quite fast after the initial shipping delay . Box missed the EU charger, but this was immediately refunded when i mentioned it. Overall above average customer support and reliability for a Chinese seller. Be aware that my experience is based on one order only till now. Im Großen und Ganzen ok. Werde wieder dort bestellen wenn es sich ergibt. Positiv ist die schnelle Reaktion bei Anfragen (Bonny) und die Reaktion auf Probleme. Kundensupport und Vertrauenswürdigkeit sehe ich für einen chinesischen Händler über dem Durschnitt. Demnach kann ich mir gut vorstellen, wieder dort zu bestellen. P. S.
