Andrew was fantastic. He is professional, friendly and very organised. He did the hours of looking to get us exactly what we wanted. He booked us a trip to Bucharest for six days and everything went to plan. It is a bespoke service from start to finish. He booked the hotel at the airport, the parking, the flights, the pick up at in Bucharest, the hotel and the trips. I have booked several other trips with Andrew and I’m sure the feedback will be exact for the same when I return from them. He does the part that I don’t want to do and that I don’t have time for which is the scrolling through Hotel’s flights, trips, etc for hours. He has great knowledge and he advised us of what trips to take And the best way to get to them, Transylvania to the Castles, neighbouring towns, museums and organised guides in tuc tucs. Andrew asked what was important to me. Like being central, style and size of room, type of hotel and amenities. I would definitely recommend Andrew.

I would never consider booking my own trip again. I like to go places that are a bit off the beaten track or a little unusual. Andrew goes over and above to find the absolute best holidays for you. He takes the hassle out of the experience and make sure you get everything and more that you planned. I had to cancel a trip recently due to an injury. Andrew sorted it out for me and took the worry out of my hands.

Andrew made the whole holiday experience start when we began looking for a holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, he booked a fantastic hotel for us and even booked our holiday extras like airport lounge and private transfers. Andrew kept in close contact the week before we flew and even on the day he updated us, to say no travel issues to affect our flight. Nothing was too much trouble. Another check in from Andrew before we flew and another when we were in resort. Same service on the way home. We certainly wouldn’t look elsewhere when booking our next holiday. Absolutely five star service !

Andrew is professional, friendly, and approachable with nothing being too much trouble, including my silly questions! He was on hand throughout from the planning stage to the flight back, and even checking in when home. What more can you ask for? The hotel he chose was clean, lovely with the most outstanding breakfast and a huge array of different foods. The location was perfect too. On returning home, there was chaos in UK airports due to an issue in the flight processing system. Andrew checked the flight then contacted me to say the flight had left Manchester and was on way to Kraków, which is where I was. Meaning I could relax knowing all was well. And if it wasn’t?…I have no doubt he would have found us alternative accommodation for as long as needed. I will definitely ask Andrew to arrange any future trips.
