Been 6 weeks, order hasn't been delivered yet..!!!
I placed my order 6 weeks ago on the 4th of December 2021. I haven't received my order yet (15/01/22). UPS haven't updated tracking details for my order since 10th of December. This is shameful. I'm not American and I don't know anything about UPS, all I know is that I'm an Andrew Christian customer, and I expect Andrew Christian to choose a reliable delivery partner, especially when international customers are charged a hefty delivery fee. I am so disappointed. My order was supposed to be a Christmas Present for a friend...!!! I've been patiently waiting for this order to arrive but now enough is enough. It has triggered me so much that tracking details haven't even been updated since 10th of December and if I have any delivery questions or complaints, I am redirected to UPS. I am not a UPS customer! Anyway, just like all gay content in this world is meant for Americans only, I guess Andrew Christian undies are meant for Americans only cause International customers have to wait for months just to get their hands on a pair of Andrew Christian underwear.

What a shame!
Since December 16 i was told that you would make me the refund of my money it would take 5 business days maximum and so far I haven’t received it! It’s inadmissible that you are always with excuses and never take action! Order #1001344030

Worst AC Customer service
Emails from Mark@ AC Customer services, issue is that yet again AC have changed their Merchant again and now I've been overcharged for shipping. Last months order was £17.43 and this month due to your billing system being £30.62 no difference same order monthly subscription. You seem to not have a clue in the maths here. Refuse to refund so going to have to report it as fraud and you lose me as a long standing customer.

These fees are calculated by your local municipality and will fluctuate from month to month. These fluctuations are not due to Andrew Christian or the carrier that we use. Awful underwear and clothing
Awful underwear and clothing. Bought sweatpants that looked amazing in the picture. Dull and looked worn when I received them. Underwear was subpar. They make you pay for shipping for everything... no matter how much you spend. I regret shopping with them.

Worst customer service, paid for tracking number none provided, in a inquiry to customer service about it, they were the rudest, not buying anymore
