Will never buy from them again
Will never buy from them again. I’ve been a proud supporter of the brand for some years. During covid though it took 4-5 weeks to receive my package (2020) . I figured it was due to Covid. Two weeks ago I placed another order, and again I’m not receiving clear communication of when the package will arrive or what the status of delivery is. The delivery agent doesn’t answer their phone and their website indicates that they have not received the goods. For the price of Andrew Christian products, I can much rather find more local and better quality products closer to home. This was my last purchase from them. Never again. Update: 10 May 2022 Not impressed. After A comment to contact AC support (last week 5 May) and immediately doing so, I have not received any feedback. Your services are as bad as the delivery services you use. 0/5 points.

I’ve ordered from them, I’m sick of CS
I’ve ordered from them Many times. Their customer service is horrendous once they get your money they are DONE. BEWARE many products out there just as good but customer service is better. You can’t call only email which is pathetic.

Very disappointed
Not sure how to rate your underwear as I have not received it yet. I ordered it on January 3 and every time I go to track it it's another week out... just tracked it again and now it says January 31. That's almost 1 month for shipping! How ridiculous!! This is the first time I have purchased from Andrew Christian and I have to say that I am very disappointed! I hope the underwear is worth all of this waiting and if they don't improve the shipping time this will be the last time I order from them!

Awful shipping.
At this point, I'm beyond frustrated with the shipping delays I've experienced. I bought some undies for my husband for Christmas.. a month ago. I bought them a month ago and I still have not been received. You spend near 100 bucks.. ridiculous shipping prices cause I'm in Canada and I still don't have the underwear. At this rate, I'd get my underwear faster by requesting a refund and repurchashing them.
