Given the other swimwear designs seen on the AC website, I was expecting to likely get some swim trunks and briefs. I ended up with some trunks and a leopard print thong. The leopard print thong technically fit, but was kind of saggy around the pouch. Maybe I need to get my confidence up, but there are few places where I could wear this without getting stares, especially given my hairy butt. I was prepared for the possibility that one piece would be kind of “out there”, while the other would make up for it. Unfortunately, the trunks are downright unwearable. The pattern is fun and the overall style looks good, but this is the worst fitting thing I have ever put on my body. The middle seam in the front is tight and goes all the way down. Your only options are to either move your whole package to one side of the seam (which is not particularly comfortable and definitely not flattering), or allow the seam to dig down the middle of your scrotum. When I brought this up with support, I was told returns and exchanges are not possible on the mystery box and that I should buy a specific piece of swimwear instead. All in all, a very disappointing first time AC purchase experience. Unless AC can replace at least one of these pieces, I cannot see myself becoming a repeat customer.

Been waiting more than s month for delivery. After numerous attempts the team is doing nothing to help me in locating my order. I will do a charge back and never order from them again. It is really a pity and expected a much better customer experience from them.

I asked about how to measure my waist and chest i.e. exactly where on my torso to measure for the best results and the representative pretty much kept telling me (paraphrasing) “There is a size chart.” With all due respect I KNOW there’s a size chart; I am asking how to use it beyond “look at the numbers and measure” and I don’t think that’s entirely unreasonable.

Their digital experience is absolutely horrendous, and is more than enough to make you never want to shop with them. Made the mistake of signing up to their mailing list. Receive at least four spam emails a day, but some of them actually have good offers, so I decided to shop around the website….another mistake! The user experience on both the mobile and PC websites is hideous. Some of the issues: - no sorting options - filtering criteria are really limited and you can only select one filter at a time - when you click into a product and then go back to the main page, you lose your spot on that page and have to scroll down to find where you were - inconsistent currency display. Sometimes it’s in USD and sometimes it reflects local currency (AUD) so I have no idea what I’m actually being charged. - in the checkout view, individual product prices are shown in AUD but the total price is shown as USD so this is quite misleading - on three separate occasions, I have put multiple products (15+) in my cart (because the products actually look quite nice) and then the cart automatically clears itself and it’s empty, with no way of retrieving my products Safe to say I will not bother filling my cart for a fourth time, and will shop elsewhere! There are much smaller brands with significantly better online experiences. Shopping shouldn’t be this difficult! Sort it out.

These guys are totally invasive. I tried to get them to unsubscribe me from their communications, but the crap keeps coming

I made a purchase on the AC web site (order 1001481994) on November 27, 2022. According to their tracking info, the goods were shipped a few days later. They spent around 10 days as "exception" apparently waiting for the US custom clearance, and then were delayed due to the flight rescheduling (UPS). Goods reached Spain and cleared Spanish customs on December 19. Apparently first delivery attempt was on 28th of December and the second on the 29th. I was on holidays, out of the country. There are print screens available with all of these messages and phases of shipment. Since then - NOTHING (22 days). UPS Spain has no update and tells me that only SENDER can initiate search. I assume that if there were two delivery attempts that UPS Spain should know where the goods are. My email to AC customer support cs - at - andrewchristian.com has not been answered nor acknowledged. We are getting close to 2 months after the purchase and the goods are still to be seen. I paid for the most expensive shipping option they offered, and this is what I got. Shipping form California to Spain takes normally 5 to 7 days. Avoid AC for your good if you live outside of the US.

It's been almost a month since I placed my order. Still waiting as of I'm writing this review. I've ordered stuff from the US to Canada and it only takes 3 days. AC is a huge disappointment, considering they add custom charges to their customers (other business never do this).

Appauling - charging for customs with the shipping option selected. Shipping option was changed by them so I had to pay customs myself. I was reassured the charge would be refunded but nobody is responding any more since December 23. What’s more is that the customs charge they applied at check out is more than twice as much as it actually was. Absolute rip off if not a fraud. Absolute poor form that there is no response any more whatsoever after a refund for the customs charges was assured by their customer service agent. Also shocking to see that they reply to reviews here publicly while there is no response to emails sent to them. Recommend staying away from this company.
