I got two subscriptions on their website for mystery underwear. They should’ve gotten delivered after 7 days, well, it took 1,5 months.... after paying $20 local duty fees, I finally got my Mystery bag. Or should I say, trash bag. I do not know what kind of person would wear the “underwear” that was included. I say it in quotation marks, because it was swimwear. It said it, right there on the label. So naturally I wanted to return the items, which I couldn’t according to their website. However, 2 months earlier, there was no mention of this ridiculous returning policy! So now I’m stuck with my disgusting, childish looking items made in China, and $50 poorer. So if you’re looking for a scam, that gives you exactly what you didn’t want, and poor quality too, this is it. Otherwise I would recommend just donating your money to charity, because Andrew Christian isn’t worth a dime.

Appalling service informed my parcel still in Carson after 8 days this happened before and ended in a refund after two months they keep sending the same e mail "We are on to it but parcel dosent move from Carson Crap company Crap customer service!!! Ups the carrier

Commande passée fin mai, expédiée apparemment 2 jours après, aujourd'hui 18 Juin j'ai toujours rien reçu !!! aucun moyen de les contacter car même par messenger c'est un robot qui répond... J'ai fait une réclamation PayPal et je compte me faire rembourser.

I have tried contacting Andrew Christian over a delivery I purchased online, directly from them, on may 6th. I have tried every line available on their website: WhatsApp, email, phone. Multiple times have I tried communicating to each and every one of their customer service lines. No answer on the phone, WhatsApp, only automated answer over email informing me that they will be responding to my email within 24 hours. It has been 2 weeks since I sent the first email and there is still no reply from their customer service regarding a purchase that I made over a month ago and for which UPS tells me they have a tracking number assigned, but Andrew Christian has not even requested any delivery service regarding the shipment.

Ordered and paid for express shipping to the UK. The order tracking hasn’t updated in over a week and the order hasn’t turned up. No way to contact them, the form on the site doesn’t work, no replies to emails and the WhatsApp service just says contact ups. Terrible service and no idea where my order is.

Terrible in so many respects! They didn’t dispatch my order for about 10 days. Then I had to wait three weeks, but still haven’t received it. I emailed them several days ago and still got no response. Spent well over £30 on a single item/postage so expect more. Will not shop with them again, that’s for sure.

Terrible customer service. My order is stuck somewhere in the US since 15 days, I am based in the UK and I was asked to help them ??? Their online form doesn't work, their WhatsApp service doesn't work either and I received a mail that doesn't make any sense at all and doesn't explain me anything. First order and last order. Terrible service.

Original Review, posted 19/03/2020: My order is, at the time of writing this, six days late. I paid ~$30 in combined shipping and import/customs fees (paid in advance to help speed up customs clearance), which is more than 1/3 of the total cost of my order. Just getting in contact with customer service to try to deal with this has been a pain. The submission form on their website is broken, and I was automatically disconnected from their phone line four times when I tried to ring them. They ignored the first four emails I sent to their customer service email address, over a period of about 36 hours. After I was finally able to get someone on the phone, the person I spoke to acknowledged that my order was late and that I was due a shipping refund. Shortly after that phone call I got a response to one of the emails I had sent, denying that the package was even late, let alone that I was promised a refund. I've been talking to their customer service for the last two days and when they can be bothered to respond, they ignore most of what I say in the emails. I don't care if these are the most incredible underwear I've ever bought at this point, because I won't be buying from these people again. Edited to add: After a mere 343 days, Andrew Christian deigns to respond! A nice round of applause for the company that outed me to my family by sending a response to a complaint to my billing address (my parents’ house) instead of my shipping address. Do not *ever* contact me again. P.S. - the underwear did eventually arrive, and it’s... fine. The cut of the pouch on the jocks is too wide, making them feel awkward to wear, and their thongs aren’t anything better than you’d find anywhere else. I’d rather go with Aussiebum and pay import charges for their stuff, which isn’t half as interesting and varied as it used to be.
