Absolutely amazing and enlightening learning experience. Left the retreat having grown musically and personally.

Fredd, thank you for your words. I'm so glad you recognized the growth. I'd attribute that to the openness you brought to the whole experience. I'm glad to know you, and hope we can interact again in the future as we continue making music. Andrea

Esther! Thank you so, so much for your feedback. To each collaborative session you brought so much of yourself, from your life wisdom to your piano skills. I know you were an important member of the retreat that enabled the whole group to flourish. I look forward to hearing more songs you create as the months and year go by. So glad to know you're out there making music, and grateful for the generous space you make for our community. Andrea

Thank you so very much, Kimberly. I am humbled by the incredible sacrifice so many like you make just to get to the retreat, and feel responsible for making sure it's worth all you have already committed to give. You've already set yourself up with great songs, demos, and now a community to help support you in the dark and light times. We continue to root for you with your smallest and biggest goals! Andrea

This was my very first songwriting retreat so I didn't quite know what to expect but all expectations were greatly exceeded. Many questions that I had, and many that I didn't realize that I needed the answer to, were answered by Andrea or her guest speakers in such a simple, easy to understand way. I got my writing inspiration back, which was one of my goals with this retreat, and I know what direction I now want to take my music. The only other things that I could have wished for was a personal critique of my songs (which is offered in the VIP package but was sold out when I found out about the retreat) and more time. More time to keep absorbing Andreas wisdom and more time to cowrite with my fellow students. All in all, it was worth every penny! Thank you Andrea, please keep doing these retreats for those of us who love songwriting but need a little help to understand the music industry and our own gifts!

What a great experience, the presentation, the information, the inclusion but most of all the people

The songwriting retreat was excellent, with very practical guidance for all stages of writing. Also included were several opportunities to network for both in-class co-writing and future collaborations. Highly recommended!
