Terrible customer service! Received products after a month long wait. Company refused to refund and or compensate me - never will I be purchasing from them

Do not ever buy from this company. I ordered a month ago for an upcoming vacation. I heard nothing for two weeks then when I contacted to ask about my order was told the items they sold me were actually out of stock. I asked for them to refund and cancel my order—and here we are another week later, no refund, product or cancellation. I have never had a worse online ordering experience from any other company ever. I have never left poor reviews before, but after three emails being ignored, I am now telling all I can to not order from this company.

Absolute RUBBISH. Cheap slippy fabric. Appalling service from many different people when I tried to return it. The fit is cheap and badly cut. I'm a sz 10 DD and got the basic black crossback. Cut like a cheap made in china operation. Would never wear it. Ladies if you want a basic black suit worth the money, get Zoggs. Cheap, well cut. Decent fabric. Like Speedos. But I give up on basic black active one pieces after this false advertising error.

Really disappointed with my recent purchase of the Laguna Long Torso bathers. The black fabric is so thin that it shows absolutely everything when wet! The bra cups and public area completely visible when wet, I was so embarrassed when I hopped out of the water. I was very excited to find a long torso suit, but after paying $150 I’d rather go back to my trusted Seafolly which aren’t the best length but at least I can trust the quality will be spot on. Save your money and don’t go by the reviews like I did

Not at all what they say on social media.. I got the Ibiza and the straps fall down constantly, no boot support at all. Feel so silly having bought them and the company is based in US. Never again

Just bought the Catalina suit along with Tulum for both small size. Catalina does not fit at all and the back clasp won’t work because it is too small. The Tulum on the other hand fits. Same company make almost similar suits but the fits are not consistent. Asked for exchange, the customer service was not helpful and kept saying its final sale item. Understood the term but if it is an online order and when I read other reviews, all these other customers were able to exchange the final item sales – why would I be rejected? The customer service rep just bluntly replied – you can donate the catalina suit… well maybe $58+tax is a small amount for the person but not for me. Worst customer service experience while what I would like to do is support small business. NOT worth it.

I ordered a suit from them and was initially pleased. Fast forward a year with regular light use, and the suit is stretched out to the point it is unwearable (I haven’t gained any weight) and it is horribly faded. You’re better off buying a suit at Target than this crap. I expect a $100 suit to last more than a year!!!

Can’t give it less than 1 star but I wish I could. I wish I had believed the bad reviews. Please don’t waste your money!!! There was no clear indicator on the website that these prices are USD. So I paid close to $300 for 2 suits. Ok fine. My bad. But then I was charged $94 SHIPPING TO MY POST OFFICE!! They weren’t even shipped to my door - and I had to pay close to $400 for these suits. $400 for 2 suits!!! Now the suits: mediocre at best. AND!!! Made in CHINA. I’m so angry with myself for falling for their slick Facebook and Instagram advertising. Speaking of which - I can’t even post a comment on these platforms because these scumbags have somehow blocked negative comments. Please please please don’t order from these scammers. AWFUL!!
