I bought a onepiece made from their 'eco' fabric which is made from recycled plastic. I initially loved it but unfortunately it didn't even last me one season. It has stretched so much and the fabric has worn down in certain areas (the bust and front straps) so it's all discoloured. I'm so disappointed with the quality. If you spend $150 on swimmers, they should last longer than one season. Using recycled fabric isn't better for the environment if they're crap quality and are thrown away after 6 months.

WORST CUSTOMER SVC EVER!! After requesting to make a return “Julie” from customer svc said she’d be happy to process this for me. She requested pictures with tags/panty liners in place. I promptly did this on 8/15. After no response I emailed again. Still no response. Order #671079. I wish I had read the numerous appalling reviews about cust svc before placing an order. My guess is that any decent reviews re cust svc are manufactured by the company. There’s no way they are true. I’ve never been so ignored by a company before. Buyer Beware.

Unfortunately these suits are NOT suitable for girls with smaller waists and larger busts. I knew the bust area may be an issue so used the sites measurement tool to confirm which size I would need before hand. I followed there tools suggestion but my boobs still spilled out the sides. When giving feedback for why a return was necessary, the options were: too small bottom, too small waist or too small overall. At the very least Andie Swim could allow customers to provide them feedback on bust comfortability as a learning curve for themselves as well. Would not recommend.

I was excited to find a company that offered swimwear in "long torso" so I ordered two swimsuits, however, I need them each in one size larger. The site gave the impression there was free shipping if there is an exchange needed. There isn't. I've reached out THREE times through email AND Instagram trying to track somebody down to help me. Zero response. I regret that I ordered from this place. They take your money and that's it. There is no customer service.

Terrible customer service and exchange policy. I’ve purchased 3 bathing suits from this company in size Large and they fit me well. I also purchased a set of bikini in large. Whilst the bottom fit, the top was extremely small, not accurate with their measurements. I went to the portal to exchange but am unable to due to sale item. Very disappointed as I am travelling to Europe in a few week. I’ve sent an email, Instagram message and Facebook message. No response. Will definitely not be buying from this company again

I wish I head read these reviews. Mine is the Mykynos (sp?) with the plunging neckline and is so not comfortable. I SO WANTED COMFORTABLE and as soon as I put it on I knew when I wore it to swim, I would LOVE the moment I got to take it off.

I've never written a poor review for any company in my life. I never thought it was worth the time - until now. I purchased the Sardinia Flat Black Classic Suit and wore it twice. I washed it once on delicate and laid it flat to dry. When I put it on a third time to wear, one of the straps snapped. This suit was $95 and I've had $20 bathing suits from Target last far longer. I reached out to Customer Service asking for store credit for a new one, and this is how they responded: We work with high-quality materials to create beautiful, functional, and durable suits. While we strive for longevity (and proper ​care will help!), swimsuits will not last forever. Just think about it--swimsuits are put through a lot (more than any other garment you own!). Sadly, well-loved suits do experience damage to hardware after contact with chlorine, salt, sand, and heat. Heated pools and hot tubs are certainly a contributing factor. Nevertheless, I've passed along your photos and information to our production team as a reference. I'd love to extend 15% off your next Andie order so don't hesitate to reach out with any style or sizing questions - we're here and happy to help! I found this response incredibly condescending. Of course I'm aware of the wear and tear bathing suits can experience. I don't need that broken down for me. But wearing a $95 suit two times should not qualify as "well loved." And a 15% discount on yet another purchase does not come close to compensating the damage. I imagine the rep did not even read my e-mail in its entirety. Needless to say this was a huge waste of money. Don't go near this place.

Still waiting to hear back from anyone in customer service or orders department to track my swimsuit and locate where the package is and/or for a refund. Shipment was a couple weeks ago. Reached out for assistance Wednesday and still pending. So far customer service not showing up. Come on Andie Swim—step up your game and impress please!
