I love the bathing suit. I bought 2 not knowing what size i would be. I was then in an accident and had to undergo 2 surgeries and could not try anything on. When i was able to I decided on one size (L). I asked for a one time exception to get a store credit for the Medium, they just said no. Their business model that returns have to be done in a timely manner but their inability to understand and make an exception stinks. I was happy to spend my money there and wasn't asking for a refund, just simply a chance to exchange for something that fit. I'll shop elsewhere.

I am trying to get in touch with someone for an exchange, the suit they sent me is defective, however it's impossible to get any information on how to return, where to return, sent emails, filled out forms on their website and called them, which they had a recording. I think I may have lost my money on this one. Very dissatisfied.

If you live in NZ, don't buy from Andie Swim. I bought 3x swimsuits, over $300. They all fit terribly, had to post back to Australia as they have no local NZ returns hub and the postage was super expensive. They claimed never to receive the parcel, it took months by which time I had lost my tracking info, they refused to double check for the package so I never received a refund, was out hundreds of dollars plus the return postage. Bad togs, poor service and an overall very expensive experience. Will never shop here again.

No size exchange permitted, lost 101$

I rush ordered my swim suit and it did not arrive in time. It was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday and it came on a Thursday. Very disappointing

I bought 18, yes 18! of the underwear pants and most were faulty. The pant sizing is wildly inconsistent (small/med more like large/ex large) The pants have so much extra fabric in the crotch they could pass as ‘jocks’ and a man could wear them. I’ve been buying from Andie for years but this year all the products are poor quality. It has taken 5 emails and the company refuses to exchange as the items were on ‘sale’. Now I know why … they use the unethical business practices off-loading dodgy underwear as sale items to clear out faulty products. Not the company it used to be … BTW it looks like all the bad reviews come from Australia so Andie Australia take note … and learn a few lessons from US customer service

Followed the sizing and either I’ve been sent the wrong size or it doesn’t fit. Emailed twice and no reply yet they spam me with emails and texts. I’m returning it - wary I won’t get my money back!

I’ve had my swimsuit for a month and the strap just snapped off, I can’t wear it anymore, can someone please contact me? I’ve messaged the Insta account.
