Customer service was kind and responsive. I was surprised how easy it was over text. I really appreciate not having to deal w the hassle of returning a damaged suit (and then waiting for it to deliver to you all) and having a delay to get my replacement. In addition, whether or not I was talking w the same person over text multiple days in a row- it felt like the same person and I didn’t have to re-explain my issue and it was the same helpful and pleasant tone. The suits are excellent quality and this site is my new go-to. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

I can only say wonderful things about Andie. This was my first purchase and I was very excited to get my suit. When I got it I noticed a dark piece of fabric got stuck in between the swimsuit fabric and lining which would cast a shadow once it was on (the swimsuit was white). I reached out to customer service and not only did they make it right, but Lauren went above and beyond to make things right. I will be an Andie customer from here on out.

The customer service was outstanding. I wasn’t 100% happy with the fit of my swim suit. Andie sent me a second at no charge to see if it might just be that one swim suit. Unfortunately I had to send both back but I got a full refund on the first suit I bought. Lovely people who went above and beyond. Loved the brick red colour and square neck just not the style for me Highly recommend.

Love these swim suits. Great quality and they have tall size options for the long torso women! My wife is 42 (2 kids) and these are classy, stylish and sexy all in one. We love the Mykonos red and navy. Customer service and fit team have been very accommodating and responsive for us in Canada.

Lightening fast response to a return issue. Customer service representative actually provided REAL customer service and within minutes helped me with my issue. Though it was through email - I could almost feel whoever was responding had a smile! Professional and responsive!

Amazing!! At last a company that provides swimwear that is made well for real women. Its a shame I have to order from the US. Why can't women in the UK have access to these types of products !! Thank you for making me feel amazing in a swimsuit. My order arrived in 4 days. The quality is just excellent and my confidence will be sky high!

When my order was lost in the mail, I emailed Andie and received a response almost immediately. After a brief (as in a few minutes) and incredibly easy chat, a Customer Service rep had arranged for my order to be re-sent. I’m so impressed with the quality of my previously ordered items and can now shop with Andie even more confidently after this first customer service interaction.
