I cannot speak highly enough about the Andie Swim customer service. They made the return/exchange process so simple and when a product was sent to me with a defect, they sent me a new one without hesitation. The suits are very high quality and worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I received a swimsuit with stains on it, and an Andie rep wrote me almost immediately with a reply, and then expedited new order. Great customer service to go along with great swimsuits!

Fabulous customer service! I purchased a second Andie swimsuit a few weeks back, was in the process of moving and didn't have time to open the package until recently. Even though I'd purchased the suit on a final sale and wasn't expecting anything in return, I emailed them to advise of a manufacturing issue with the suit I received. The customer service I received was next level and they even sent me a new suit of my choosing to apologise for the issue with the one I had purchased. They could have argued the timeframe or the final sale terms and conditions - but they just happily offered me a replacement. I am so impressed and will definitely recommend this brand to all my friends! The new suit fits and feels great!

I was a first time customer and now a lifelong customer! My package was lost by the post office and I notified Andie customer service. They were so quick to respond and did not even wait for the USPS lost package ticket to be resolved. The immediately shipped out a replacement without any request from me. Not having to pay two times for the suits and deal with extra stress was a breath of fresh air. Then when I got the suits... WOW. They fit better than any other suits I have purchased before. I am so happy with this company I can't wait to figure out which style of suit I will get next. You will NOT regret dealing with this company or their product! Thank you so much!
