I believe this company is operating dishonestly. I trusted them and paid them a substantial amount of money, a decision I deeply regret.
I canceled one of the scheduled events before it took place, and they have refused to refund my payment. Despite repeated requests, they have also failed to verify information I asked for regarding other organizations they claimed I would be working with.
They also asked me to remove a negative review I had posted on Trustpilot, which I did. They asked me to cancel disputes I had filed with my banks, and I did that as well. They promised that if I took those steps, they would work with me to obtain a refund for the event that did not take place.
To this day, I have not received a single cent back. They also threatened me with a lawsuit.
I feel that my trust was taken advantage of, and I don't want others to have the same experience. Please do your research, ask for documentation, contracts, and proceed with caution before sending this company any money.

Just started with them and spent $2,000 plus…
Just started with them and spent $ 2,000+, but since then, they have put my project on hold. I told them up front that I will not tolerate being put on hold, which is what they are doing. I told them at first that all the publishers I have used, I have had to get my money back, and now I'm going to stop working with them and get my money back

Please don't get trapped in this…
Please don't get trapped in this unethical publisher.
They were tasked to publish a 150 page book for me.
I contacted them in November 2025 and the book was not published until May 2026!
I had one publisher that seemed to know what i needed after working with him for several weeks and they switched me to another publisher who didn't even know how to format correctly. There were extra spaces between words through the entire book. When questioned about it I was told that it was except able.
I paid over $2250 and that was to cover publishing and setting up advertising, (which was never done).
The whole experience was a nightmare for me!
I have a second book being published by Global publishing and the difference is like night and day.

If there were a zero-star option
If there were a zero-star option, that is what I would give Anderson Publishers.
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and costly. It involved repeated delays, unauthorized or unapproved changes, poor formatting, pricing mistakes, weak communication, and a lack of accountability when problems were raised.
I hired Anderson Publishers expecting professional support with publishing, formatting, cover design, copyright filing, and promotional materials. Instead, I spent months correcting issues that should not have happened in the first place.
One of my first major concerns was the cover design. I was promised a unique 3D cover, but the final result did not match that expectation. In my experience, it felt much closer to a lightly modified version of a concept image I had shared rather than a truly original design. I was also frustrated by changes that appeared to move forward without the level of clear approval I expected.
The formatting process created additional problems. Errors were introduced into my manuscript, and I had to spend a significant amount of time catching and correcting issues myself. Some formatting choices were not professional and reduced my confidence in the quality of the final product.
I also had serious concerns about the copyright service. I paid approximately $1,200 for copyright-related work, which felt excessive given the actual filing cost. I was also concerned that the copyright filing may have been submitted before the manuscript was fully finalized, because the word count associated with the filing did not appear to match the final length of my book. Despite repeated requests, I did not receive the level of documentation and clarity I was expecting regarding that process.
There were also pricing issues that directly affected me financially. My book was listed at a price I had not expected, which reduced or eliminated royalties I should have received. I also was not properly prepared for how color images would impact printing costs, especially for the hardcover edition. As a result, the final retail price was much higher than I had intended.
I also paid $300 for a one-minute cinematic promotional video, and I was very unhappy with what I received. It included content and visual choices that did not accurately reflect my book. I rejected the video and requested a refund, but that was not resolved to my satisfaction.
On top of all that, the project experienced repeated delays. I was given multiple expected timeframes, and those dates kept moving. That loss of time mattered. It affected not only my release plans, but also time in my personal life that I cannot get back.
What made this experience especially frustrating was the pattern: when problems came up, I often felt like I had to do the heavy lifting to identify, explain, and push for corrections rather than receiving proactive professional support.
To be fair, the company has clear areas where it could improve:
1. Better quality control before files are sent to authors
2. Clear written approval before any design, formatting, or pricing changes are finalized
3. Greater transparency around copyright, ISBN, and promotional service charges
4. More accurate communication about production timelines
5. Better follow-through when refunds, corrections, or proof of services are requested
I am sharing this review based on my own experience as a warning to other authors. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to ask detailed questions in writing, request proof of every paid service, and carefully review every stage before approving anything.

This company has been constantly harassing me.
This company has been constantly harassing me. Multiple calls claiming I contacted them to publish a book, which is a lie. I never contacted them. Someone probably sold them my information. I asked them to stop contacting me and they said they would not. I don’t know if this consonants legit, but I know they have no respect for your wishes. Any company that has to cold call and harass like this to get business is no business I’d want to work with.

DO NOT TRUST
Do Not Trust! This company tried to scam my 87 year old Mother. She is writing her memoir and the so called editors never delivered what was promised. A price was quoted to her which she gladly paid upfront, which was our first mistake. Then a foreign speaking woman tried to get her to pay $250.00 then $550.00 and so on. It was a simple manuscript and the “editors” misspelled words, added wrong dates, figures and story line. She was dealing with several people, each one more confusing and misleading than the last. One example was the cover photo for her memoir was of an Asian person staring out at you. Her memoir is of a life lived in the United States, nothing whatsoever to do with Asia. This bogus publishing company has refused a refund even though nothing was ever completed after one month of endless correspondence from my Mother trying to get resolution.
