Anderson backed up their products and came to the aid of this customer,
ANDERSON DID THE RIGHT THING AND MADE IT RIGHT FOR THIS CONSUMER. THUS RESTORING MY TRUST AND LOYALTY Anderson advertises they stand behind their products and they will give no runaround just back their products with a guarantee. They also say their windows and doors are superior to others and will last for years with NO quality issues. THIS IS NOT TRUE!! My Anderson French doors all failed in quality by falling apart, yes exactly what Anderson says in their adds about quality materials and construction is cheap deteriorating failure. I contacted Anderson and was told “sorry you will have to pay for any replacements. I paid thousands of dollars for junk Anderson products!
