I have to admit that I didn't start using it right away. When I read the instructions on the box that stated "1.Cleanse and dry skin. 2.Apply an appropriate amount and spread over the body. 3. Massage gently for absorption." It made me go hummmm??? After looking at it on my counter for a while, I just said what the heck! I am less than a week using this toothpaste and I have noticeable whitening of my teeth. I am very pleasantly surprised! I have been using many products to try to whiten my teeth. Thank you for a product that works!
