Wow there's a lot of negative reviews here but I just had a really nice experience with their support team... i wasn't able to get my money sent to my bank... it seems that where I live (new york) is not supported for bank transfers, which is a pity... I looked for a phone number but then when I emailed them I was surpised to see I was responded to in minutes with instructions on how to verify my Id etc... money was in my bank account that evening! I was impressed! thank you Anchor!
