I had such a wonderful experience in store today. I am just starting to look for what I will need, I am due in early November. Marina was there today and could not have been more helpful, and kind! It was so refreshing to be able to ask questions without feeling like I was annoying the person. She made shopping fun, and really listened to what my needs will be being a first time parent, and I really appreciated that! It’s nice being helped and listened to without being told “what I need”. I recently purchased a stroller from ANB Baby and decided to visit their store in person. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—they answered all my questions and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear they truly care about helping parents find the right products. Highly recommend both their online shop and in-store experience!

First time customer. Ordered a stroller travel system, according to the website the delivery would be within 2-5 days. It’s been over 2 weeks now, still no stroller and the customer service can’t tell me when it will be delivered. They say it’s ’out of stock’ and don’t know when to expect it back. In the meantime, website still shows 2-5 days delivery time. I asked very friendly for a small refund for the longer wait time but they declined since a longer wait time ‘doesn’t meet the criteria’ for a discount or refund.
