I purchased a garment. They charged my bank card and never shipped the merchandise. Repeatedly attempts to find out status results in long delayed answer and no resolution. A label was created but never made it to UPS. Ordered August 4th. Had to escalate to my credit card as Anatomie had not refunded the sale which was requested nor shipped the merchandise. They refused to do anything at all until my bank card finds resolution. It may take 75 days to see this resolved when it could have been in the early stages. I am out money and no merchandise.

Contacted Customer Service after I got a hole in the Stacy ribbed sweater $198. Had the sweater for six months. Customer Service hasn’t responded to me in over a month.

Very rude and unhelpful customer service. I spent a long time placing an exchange order for much more than I had planned to return, and when I got the confirmation of the order, several of the sizes had switched from what I had ordered. I asked customer service to fix this, and they said they just canceled the whole thing so I could go back and try again. They have lost a customer.

Cheap clothing! Tried to return but they do not give money back. Can only exchange for more bad clothes. Way over priced too.

Had a gift card, tried to order something, they emailed me 2 days later to say it was sold out. Ok, tried to reorder something different , would not take my gift card, said it had been used. tried to contact Company, left messages, never heard from them!!! Customer service never answers, and voicemail box is full!!! Very frustrating
