Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your first experience with our crystal bracelets didn’t meet your expectations. At Analemma8, we work exclusively with natural, untreated gemstones, which means that every bead is unique, with its own natural formation, texture, and color. For example, in our double-point clear quartz, the beads preserve the crystal’s original growth shape — some may appear sharper, others more flat, depending on how the crystal formed in nature. This is part of what makes raw crystals special: their individuality. As for the Bumblebee Jasper, it is a rare volcanic stone from Indonesia, and naturally includes both bright yellow and black-dark green banding. No two stones are ever the same, and color variation is expected. That said, we always aim to show a representative range of what you might receive on our website and livestreams. We understand that natural variation can feel surprising if you're new to genuine crystals — and we always encourage customers to reach out if something doesn't feel right. That's why we offer a return and exchange policy, so you can shop with confidence. We appreciate your support and feedback as a first-time customer, and we hope we’ll have a chance to serve you better in the future. Warm regards, The Analemma8 Team
