This is a very shady web site. I ordered a bottled of perfume from them (paid with PayPal) and the next day I got a PayPal refund with no communication at all (not even an order cancellation). I even emailed them to get an explanation and they never responded. Customer service does not seem to exist at this company, so deal with them at your own risk.

Came to personally enter a review for this website, i could not be more content about the service, speedy delivery etc. All top tier. Received my package in the 6-14 delivery window as promised (took 6 days in this case). Really happy, thank you! Will be purchasing again in the future. Allahumabarik!

I've ordered 25 fragrance samples, and they've sent me everything as I ordered + They sent me 2x extra samples as a gift. Everything was great and fast delivered!

I bought a gorgeous perfume that arrived in perfect condition but I wish they'd send confirmation emails, updates on tracking and responses to email. I had contacted my bank to open a dispute to get my money back as they were not updates on the parcel and my emails were going unread. Other than that, my perfume came. Fix your communication with clients!!!!!

J'ai commandé des échantillons de parfums arabes (une bonne dizaine ; d'accord, un petit peu plus que le numéro indiqué 😵💫😀 - actuellement, grâce à TikTok et quelques influenceurs comme Daniel René, je suis en train de découvrir le monde de parfums arabes et de les tester, alors ne me jugez pas trop sévèrement 😉😇). Le colis est arrivé dans les délais stipulés par le site web, super bien emballé, les échantillons très bien protégés, dans des sacs en mousseline (j'apprécie une telle présentation, c'est de la valeur ajoutée !!). J'ai reçu plusieurs cadeaux 💝👍❤️, des échantillons gratuits et un roll-on de 8 ml (que J'ADORE : le parfum fait penser au parfum que j'ai acheté pendant mes vacances en Égypte il y a 10 ans et que j'ai choisi de parmi une quantité considérable de parfums dans une parfumerie locale, selon les conseils du monsieur qui travaillait là-bas ; en fait, le roll-on est une copie conforme dudit parfum et fait revenir pas mal de beaux souvenirs 💞💗🥰). Dans la boîte, j'ai également découvert une lettre de la part du site web ce que je trouve très mignon et gentil. Pour conclure, il n'y a rien à repprocher !! Merci mille fois, anabis.com !! Shipped at the next day from ordering, perfect packaging, playful extras! Their original perfume is also very good and inexpensive. Absolutely good experience, recommended! Edit: Because of them miswrote the amount, I had to pay $30 in customs duties that I didn't have to pay. Also I sent e-mails asking for tracking number couple times but got no response. Can't hope them a good customer support. Just sad. :'(
