I decided to try their customer support…
I decided to try their customer support automation, and so far, I'm impressed. The AI-powered responses handle a lot of customer inquiries with ease, and my response time has dramatically improved. The setup was a bit tricky at first, but their support team was responsive and helpful in guiding me through. I do think there's still a bit of room for improvement, but overall, it's been a great investment. It's definitely freed up more of my time to focus on other areas of business.
