This guys asked me for remove my review …and they Will Send my money Back … hit they lied …this company is a scammers … don’t give any money to them.

This company has been a terrible experience for me. I invest about $10,500, which was foolish of me since they would continue to ask for more and more money before actually producing any kind of results. I had a 'guarantee' of $4300 worth of inventory on Etsy either being sold or they money would be returned to me. Neither of those things happened, and after I just shared my honest opinion, I was contacted by So**** from the 'legal department' to remove my reviews and they would refund my over $10,000 investment. At first it was 45-60 days, then it was 45-60 business days, and 5 different times this person said I would get the money transfer on May 26th. What happened all this week? Not answering any texts or calls and their website has been suspended. I'm NOT saying its a scam but if it walks like, talks like, sounds like a dog....

This was from late January 2026, they asked me to take it down for my money back and they never gave me my money back: "This company is absolute garbage. They will not produce any real results from you, and when they don't they'll come up with excuses, refuse to give refunds, and then just completely ghost you and not answer you back at all. Do not trust Joseph Clark or Lisa. I had purchased $4200 of inventory to be sold in Nov and Dec, and was told that whatever wasn't sold in these months would be refunded back to me, and now this company hasn't been answering me at all for three full weeks."

****Update: They are denying we ever had a contract .To anyone who is doubting it, email my business, I will gladly send the proof and communication I have with them. they already tried to remove this review multiple times with flagging it with harmful content! Requesting me to remove it via email and now saying we never had an agreement! **** My experience with this company was negative and costly. I signed a multi-month contract, but they only did real work near the end. Most tasks were delayed, incomplete, or not started until there was only 3-4 weeks left of my contract time. As the term was nearly ended, they asked for more money to continue, even though the original work wasn't finished yet. They do not handle your account 24/7. They are only working Mon-Friday 10-6 which make you to respond to your customers yourself. They claimed to have handled inventory and shipping, but no packages reached customers. My Amazon account was deactivated due to 0% delivery and all customers requested a refund because their package never arrived after weeks(3-4 week). This caused serious damage to my business and deactivation of my account. I asked for proof of fulfillment, shipping, and packaging or any type of system log receipt or address— documentation I needed for my Amazon appeal — but they refused, saying it was private. They also asked for payment through Wise to unrelated individuals for labeling, which raised concerns. In my view, they did not deliver what was promised, and their actions led to long-term harm. I recommend avoid working with this business or ask for documentation and do not pay money upfront.
