customer service reps were great and quick to respond but twice now they sent me the wrong color mug. I don't like what i did get and am very unhappy with this company's ineptness. Am going to ask for a refund, if possible.

Absolute rubbish quality prints on the the T-shirts. I ordered V-neck short sleeve and a long sleeve with specific print of my favourite sports team. One T-shirt us reaonsably blurry on the fine print and the other T-shirt had about 50% of the ink applied to it. Very faint and dull. Total waste of money.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star! The shirt that I received is terrible quality! Terrible sizing! Does not even go over my head, and I am a small woman that ordered a medium. I cannot reach the company for a refund. Their ad for this shirt has disappeared along with any contact information! DO NOT ORDER FROM AMZITEE!

Ordered two tee shirts and according to tracking number they delivered both but I did not receive one of them. There is no way to contact these people and the shipper wont talk to me says I need to talk to Amzitee well good luck there. Not sure guess will contact credit card company and see if they can reverse the funds I paid. Very poor company to deal with all I wanted was the shirts.

Shirt was way too long for a woman. I wanted a refund. I was immediately told no refund. It was "custom made", can't be resold. Yet they are still selling them. No where on the order form did it say absolutely no returns or refund. I've only dealt with one other company that refuse a return. Don't do business with this company. And their shirt is way overpriced too

First let me say that the shirt is great and my husband loves it. I then decided to order one for my son but made a mistake and entered my son's address of mine in the billing section. I realized this after the order had been placed so I immediately contacted PayPal. I was told that I had to contact the company and they gave me an #800 number which I thought was great but it didn't turn out that way at all. Efforts to get to talk to a person failed as everything on your phone system is automated. It asked for an order number which I gave but it said it was unrecognizable. What the hell! I then tried emailing the company and received a message that my email address was incorrect. How can that be because it's the same address that I just received an email from you? This has been such a frustrating experience for me and not being able to make a change of billing address I hope that the order isn't delayed as it is a gift.

You sent me the wrong shirt. And now you are making it impossible to complain saying my email address doesn't match the order. Yet you keep using that same (and my only) address to tell my friends how great you are.

Update on my review. Item never arrived and was told by DHL it never would as it was packaged incorrectly and stuck at customs. Business does not have a phone number or 'live' email. The emails received from them are computer generated which you cannot reply to. Disputed purchase with credit card company. Was immediately refunded by credit card company. WARNING! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM or their affiliate company pro.teechip.com There are over 100 bad reviews of items never being received!
