Worst customer service
I changed my address with them. For some reason the City, State and Zip did not change. I caught it. They refused to call UPS to change the address. UPS stated they called them when the order shipped to tell them address does not exist. AM Auto parts said they did not get a call. I do not know where my order will go, but they were happy to take my $300. I will not do business with them again once this is resolved. They also state that they have no phone line which I find very hard to believe.

We ordered an engine from this…
We ordered an engine from this company. It was supposed to have ONLY 40,000 miles. After 3 weeks we finally received the engine. IT WAS JUNK! The oil filler alone was nasty, gummy gritty gunk inside. Mouse dropping still on it, but is was tested and cleaned up. What a lie! Immediately after seeing this we called them and told them that it was not what they represented. No to mention that there is no way it has only 40,000 miles. We paid to have it shipped back, and then we were told they were keeping 25% plus shipping. We had made an agreement to have the alternator, power steering pump, and A/C compressor left on the engine for extra money. Guess what, NO EXTRA PARTS! They kept 25% of that money also. The stole $1900 from us. This company is nothing but crooked. I registered a complaint with BBB and there was 157 complaints just on there site. How many people have they stolen from. Their business plan is nothing but a scam, they sell you junk then when you send back their junk the steal 25% from you.

Same issue with warranty as everyone…
Same issue with warranty as everyone else on here! Will not honor it. Transfer case was bought and installed and doesn’t shift at all. Will not refund or replace it. They keep asking for “additional info”!

Poor service/ Bad Warranty Policy
I ordered a transmission for my 2014 AWD Ford Explorer from AM Auto Parts. They sent me a Front wheel drive transmission, which my mechanic did not see right away as he was not able to start working on it until a little over a week later. The warranty has a 7 day notification policy, regardless of whose mistake it is. They denied me compensation based on this policy. According to others reviews as well as my experience, this is not an uncommon occurrence. Please be very careful when considering using this company. The headache and loss make there lower prices not worth it in my estimation. This cost me over $1000.

These are the worst thieves I've ever…
These are the worst thieves I've ever dealt with.I gave them twenty five hundred dollars for a motor to be shipped to wyoming , where my truck is broke down and the motor is junk that the shop says do not put it in truck has copper.. brass.. and aluminum in oil pan chunks of metal which means motor is bad. Tried to get a refund and they say they will if I take off 400 dollars for their fee and 25% restocking fee to return and.pay for the shipment back out of pocket when they sold me a bad catastrophic failure motor. The shipment arrived the motor looked horrible and rusty and motor was on its side on broken pallet. These ppl are a ripoff do not trust.

I am beyond frustrated and appalled by…
I am beyond frustrated and appalled by the absolute shitshow you’ve put me through since December. Two engines, two defective piles of garbage. The first one was busted out of the box, the second one no better. After I posted a scathing review calling out your pathetic lack of quality control and support, Clifton Carter reaches out that as per the owner that I never spoke too, demanding I remove my previous review before he’d “fix” the mess. I did, hoping to salvage this nightmare.
Then I get the replacement engine—an embarrassed joke with over 100k miles, not the 18k promised. After slapping it in, it’s clear you shipped me another dumpster fire: cracked manifold, seized pulleys, bent valves—you name it. I’ve sent photos to Clifton who just passes along generic, dismissive emails from Daniel. Apparently, QC is a joke to you since Clifton admits they never see these engines of the parts they ship. This engine haven’t seen oil for years.
I’ve already sunk $3,600 into this bullshit. I offered a local engine for $6,500 to end this circus, only to be told they're forced to buy from their shady vendors. Now Daniel has the audacity to demand I pay return shipping plus a 25% restocking fee? After delivering not one but two unusable engines? That’s beyond deceptive; it’s downright criminal business practice.
Here’s the deal: I expect you to refund every damn cent I laid out. Anything less is unacceptable.
Fix this. Now.
