AmtifyReviews of amtify.com

Cheap product. Weird fit and smells so bad and I’ve washed it a couple times. Don’t buy anything from there!

Shipping to Late more then Month ..........::::::::::::!!!!!!!!!

I ordered two coats for my husband and one of them was too small. Requested exchange cod and sent the coat to be exchanged with a very clear letter to exchange it with size M just like they instructed. I have not heard back from them for 2-3 weeks so I called the number a few times no one picked up the phone. I wrote the support and next day some David wrote me back apologized and said they messed up the return with exchange and the coat will be on its way as soon as possible. This is the second week and no shipping confirmation yet. I wrote David two days ago and have not heard back from them. By far this was the worst shopping experience I had, just horrible . These guys are so careless. Sorry for saying this but the way you guys do business will not get you anywhere. I'll leave my feedback in a few more places to make sure my voice is heard people should be aware about your site. Just for the record my exchange cod was AD2693

I am completely appalled by this company . I purchased an item from this store through Sears.com's marketplace apparently ( not realizing the item wasn't coming from sears company ) . The item needs to be returned due to it not being the correct size . By following the instructions that came with the item , I requested a return approval via email to customer service , now waiting for further instructions on how to begin to process the return . Four days went by without response , another email was sent , another week of no response ! I googled the company in hopes to find a better way of contacting someone but without surprise I haven't been able to. I have never in my life had such a troublesome time to do a simple return ! Thank you for replying Amtify . I do have screen shots of the emails I sent through the Sears Portal and also three times from my personal email address to support@amtify . I just don't understand how I received an automated reply from the customer service team saying I would get a response within 1-3 business days . Yet , none of my emails seem to have been received ??? At this point I'll probably just donate the jacket .

I ordered my jacket march 27 today is April 11 the shipping says no more than 5 days to ship and I haven't gotten a email or nothing I am highly upset and no longer want the jacket I want a refund worst buy ever on a internet site damn near feel scammed😡😡😡😡😡😡 Invoice #: 0000028368

I'm still waiting for the tracking number, I'm really upset and disappointed because I have bought in several websites and I never had a bad service like this. You told me this on Sunday the 7th and today is the 2nd business day that you mention in your email. "We will update you the tracking information once it becomes available. We should have it within 2 business days." I ordered a jacket on the 30th, it is now the 8th and I have not received any tracking information. The shipping for my item was $17, there is no reason I paid $17 for a item that is looking like it will take a month to be received. From reading reviews I can tell you have unreliable shipping and the only contact you have is an auto reply email. I want my money back

I ordered a coat on the 17th, it is now the 27th and I have not received any tracking information. The shipping for my item was $17, there is no reason I paid $17 for a item that is looking like it will take a month to be received. From reading reviews I can tell you have unreliable shipping. I either want my coat before the 2nd week of November or I want my money back

“Unprofessional” - Placed an order for a long sleeve shirt and a jacket on September 14th. It is now September 30th and I have not received my package. Unheard of. Matter of fact, my package did not arrive to USPS until 11 days had passed. 11 days. Even then I had to contact Amtify because I had not received any notice of shipment. And they do not have a contact number. Broken promises to contact the shipper and blaming it all on shipping. (11 days). Not to mention the unusual sizing chart. So, if this package ever does arrive the items probably will not fit. I have asked for a refund twice now. Was told to be patient and now they don't reply at all. And do not even try to write a reply to this review Amtify stating how you tried to satisfy me. Sixteen days later and I do not have my package. Tracking even said the package was delayed and sent back to South Carolina from North Carolina. Not even coming from another country and still takes 16 days. I once ordered custom Nike shoes from Chinese Taipei and they came quicker than Amtify. Unheard of and unhappy. Knew I shouldn't have placed this order. Regretful, unhappy and out $72. Smh.
