Without my consent, just by inquiring about their services and prices, they sent me an invoice for almost $500. When I complained, they were rude. I wonder if you would trust this company with your business to manage digital reputation and social media—they don’t respect their clients.

Hello Ernesto! We do understand that what you have inquired is Social Media Management services for $49 and requested Paid Marketing which is a cost of $499. However, we have shared the official invoice after your approval, and you have shared your contact details to move forward. Still, if you wish to work with us on our pricing to bring results, we are here for you, or you are still open to doing your due diligence.
