Hi Dave, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you feel this way, and we’d like to clarify some important points about how our platform operates. First and foremost, all profiles registered on our website go through a strict verification process to help ensure authenticity and safety for all users, and any suspicious behavior reported to us is promptly investigated and addressed. While our platform includes some paid features, these are not required to receive interest or make initial connections. They are designed to support enhanced communication and ensure a high-quality, secure user experience. This model helps us maintain strict profile verification, provide reliable support, and continuously improve the platform, efforts that require ongoing resources. We understand that this approach may not suit everyone, but it's intended to foster authentic, respectful interactions in a well-moderated environment. We also have no record of you reaching out to our Support Team, and we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly. Please don’t hesitate to contact us - we’re here to help. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Best regards, Amourlee Customer Support Team

Dear Corey, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very serious about your concerns and wish to clarify everything. First, I want to assure you that all profiles on Amourlee are genuine. We take the security and validity of the profiles very seriously and ask ladies to verify their profiles with government-issued documents. We can guarantee that users you communicate with are real people. Please, look for a blue checkmark on the ladies' profiles to ensure you are talking to a verified user. If you come across any profiles that seem fake, please report them to us—we’ll look into it right away. Regarding receiving a lot of messages in a short time, sometimes, some profiles get more attention depending on their profile, but I can assure you that the platform is designed to build true communication where you can find great communication and networking. We understand that the credit-based system isn’t for everyone, but it offers flexibility for users who don’t want to commit to a subscription and give it a try first. If you have any other questions, let us know!
