Have never seen an online store ask for a tip for picking parts and shipping them. Proceeded to get 2 emails within couple hours reminding me that I had an item in my cart. Like a really bad pushy salesman on all accounts.

My fairings fit well but didnt come with all the gromets, looked decent first out the box but had some paint chips in the matte, additionally the custom design i had were cheap stickers that were on top of the paint and began peeling off shortly after, the paint scratched and chips very easily exposing the white ABS beneath it, to wrap it all up the delivery took well over 2 months. While the fairings look great, lots and lots of issues.

I ordered a set of fairings for my 2009 Suzuki GSX650F in May of this year, and they arrived in August. The long wait time would have been acceptable if the fairings were decent or workable, but unfortunately, they were neither. The molds themselves were completely wrong for my bike. None of the mounting holes lined up even remotely close, and the overall fitment was terrible. On top of the structural issues, the finish quality was awful—featuring widespread paint transfer on every single painted panel and a ludicrous amount of orange peel in the clear coat. After documenting all of these issues with photos, I contacted their sales team. Since the fairings do not fit at all and are unrepairable, I requested either a 75% to 100% refund or a replacement set with the defects addressed. Instead of honoring their OEM fitment guarantee, their customer support offered a maximum of a 20% refund and suggested that I either fix the fairings myself or sell them locally. They claimed that because the set is "handmade instead of mass-produced using standard factory molds, minor deviations may exist." Neither option they offered is viable. Expecting me to repair major manufacturing defects on a new product is unreasonable. Furthermore, I cannot in good conscience resell a set of unsafe, defective fairings to another rider, nor would they fetch enough to cover my financial loss. All in all, this has been an awful experience. Given the terrible product quality and poor customer support, I would NEVER recommend these fairings to anyone. UPDATE: After considerable back and forth with the customer service department at Amotopart, I was able to negotiate to get a 75% refund for my purchase (which this review helped me get so thank you everyone that read this). While I still do not recommend buying these, the customer service department are open to communication and are alright the deal with and always professional.

Placed this order about 3 months ago. I got a confirmation email that it was ready and being shipped out, got a tracking number and waited. And waited… and waited more… until i checked my order two months later and they hadn’t even given my order to the carrier. It was probably sitting in some warehouse off to the side and nobody cared to check it. STILL has not arrived but at least they were quick responding to my emails about the situation.

they were nice and didnt take long to respond but the fairings came with scratches witch sucks but is still okay but i cant even make the fairings fit the bike at least the side fairings so yea now i got a weird looking cbr for a while until i buy new ones somewhere else

Amotopart supplied a pair of coils,HT leads and plug caps for my CB400F. I thought they were a U.K. company (they aren’t). The price was very competitive, which should maybe have been a red flag but after about 2 weeks the parts turned up. Long story short, they don’t fit. When I contacted the company’s customer service I was told to find a way to make it work with an angle grinder (!) and if all else failed take it to a local workshop. That’s not good enough. Never buying anything else from this company.
