Didn't receive what I ordered I emailed photos with proof and still would not refund me. Worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time. Absolutely do not recommend anything from amoto

Sconsiglio vivamente questo sito. Ho acquistato un pezzo di ricambio che nel titolo dell’articolo risultava compatibile con la mia moto, ma una volta arrivato non lo è affatto. Il problema? Non accettano resi sui pezzi, quindi anche se l’errore è loro, il cliente resta fregato. Politica di reso assurda e informazioni fuorvianti: esperienza pessima, mi sento truffato. Comprate altrove se non volete buttare soldi.

Part was lost in the post, you have to do all your own chasing, no idea who you are dealing with, seems to be delivered from China, if you want it from China use AliExpress. Eventually got a refund.

Don’t order. You will wait months for packages with little to no updates. Ordered fairings November of 2025, it is currently January 23rd, 2026. After about 3 weeks I attempted to contact to see an ETA because their “tracking” website gives no insight. I received a text thread after leaving a voicemail with customer service that informed me they were still being manufactured. After about 3 weeks, with multiple times attempting to contact them, they finally got back to me saying they were ready to be shipped, but required card verification to ship. ETA was then updated to January 7th, which was close to 3 weeks ago with no further update and parts still not received. The package is apparently at a fed ex facility in California, where it has sat since January 4th. They will no longer respond to any attempt to contact them. I don’t care what the quality is, it’s not worth the headache.

Asked for a refund before the fairing kit shipped based off the bad reviews. Was emailed back from “Ben” asking “why” rather than issuing me a refund. Don’t waste your time just go to monsterfairings this has been ridiculous.
