Falsches Teil geliefert
Der Versand lief zügig. Dann aber bemerkt das man mir ein falsches Teil geschickt hat. Die Versandkosten muss ich selber zahlen und nochmals minus 30 Prozent für die Einlagerung. Dieser Shop ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Objet : Réclamation pour service inacceptable retard retard retard de livraison Bonjour,j'ai la Commande AMP-58417 Je suis extrêmement mécontent de ma dernière commande sur votre site. Votre incapacité à fournir des précisions sur le retard de livraison est inacceptable. De plus, je trouve scandaleux qu'aucun remboursement partiel ne soit proposé. C'est la dernière fois que je commande chez vous. Je vais partager cette mauvaise expérience avec "Les Motards du 13", un groupe très influent dans le sud de la France. Votre manque de professionnalisme doit être connu. Je demande un remboursement immédiat pour le désagrément causé. J'attends une réponse rapide.

ordinato un pezzo, mai arrivato, mille peripezie con il corriere, assistenza clienti inesistente, se li contatti ti fanno parlare con un chatbot automatico che si blocca con la stessa risposta automatica, evitate. perso soldi tempo e pazienza, ora devo ordinare il pezzo da un negozio piu serio di questi truffatori e mentre rimango a piedi con la moto

Pessimi e' da più di un mese che sto aspettando le mie carene e continuano a dire che non ci sono voli per l Italia! Sto aspettando anche il rimborso della spedizione veloce visto la tempistica ma non si sa niente neanche di quello! NON COMPRATE ASSOLUTAMENTE DA QUESTA GENTE!!! SPERO CHE PRIMA O POI ARRIVI QUALCOSA MA INIZIO A DUBITARE!

Scammers
I order an expecific item for my brand and model of bike, the one i receive is not the right one. They made a mistake, dont want to return the product, they offer a 10% refund and i can sell my part, WHAT A SCAM!!!

I asked for a custom order fairings to…
I asked for a custom order fairings to make the bike as black as possible. They sent me stuff without a tank cover (i have no idea i just started riding) and no trunk cover. Afterwards they said that it's my mistake cause I bought through the link and they sent pictures. They first send the wrong picture (INCLUDING THE TRUNK COVER) with stickers. I say all is well but the sticker should be removed. They remove the sticker send me a new pic without trunk cover this time (but i assume it's included cause the windshield is included too but was not shown in my pics as well) afterwards they tell me that if I want the trunk cover I have to pay 120 USD!!!!!!! 120!!!! Can you imagine? They mislead, then just become ignorant. They help influencers perfectly but normal clients - not. Buy on your own risk
