Had already purchased one… But I have two cats… They were both so in love with it that I had to get another :-) Very sturdy, and super easy to put together.

Customer service was quick to respond to my inquiry about shipping and then received item shortly thereafter. The window perch I purchased is loved so much by my cats, I bought another one!

Although it takes a bit to get a hold of you mostly because of the distance my experiences have been great. Once ordered I usually get items in a couple weeks. I think it might help if you can work with Amazon on all parts for the canister filters that are available. Our correspondence has been informative. Thanks for all your help. Bob... P.S. By the way the filters I have work great.
