Good day, I would like to let you know that I received the package by the time I was planned spending 22 dollar more. however I'm a bit disappointed by the quality of the necklace and chane since I spent quite a lot of money! I thought was a good material as the website suggested, but is kind of plastic feeling. The picture inside is quite difficult to see it but that's not the problem, at least something I can see inside the bulb, but the equality I was expecting something good for the price I have spent. Hope this can help to improve the company, to summarize, I would not buy it again, if I can choose next time.

Ich habe eine Kette in schwarz für meinen Mann bestellt mit einem Foto von seinen verstorbenen Eltern. Die Kette fühlt sich hochwertig an und sieht sehr edel aus. Ich habe leider ein paar Tage zu spät bestellt, sodass die Kette nicht zum Valentinstag da war. Für die Lieferung sollte man auf jeden Fall mindestens sieben Tage einplanen. Trotzdem hat mein Mann sich sehr über das Geschenk gefreut. Die Bestellung und das hochladen des Fotos waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Der Preis ist auf jeden Fall mehr als in Ordnung für so ein tolles individuelles Geschenk. Ich werde sicher noch das ein oder andere Geschenk dort bestellen. Vielen Dank und liebste Grüße

This company was so prompt in replying to acknowledge the order then kept us updated on how things were going, then supplying a tracking number for our benefit. Slight delay with customs and postal services. (But this was outwith the company.) Product is A1 all the way. Thank you Amoremi
